Not particularly helpful staff and impatient owner...

Not particularly helpful staff and impatient owner. Could do more with customer service and understand that if a customer is coming into a computer repair shop for help then its probably because they need a little help. Could do better and unfortunately I would not recommend.

Good customer service, had software issue which was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Took it home and found there was a keyboard issue which was related to software and they fixed that same day, free of charge, no questions asked.
