Multiple shipping and stocking problems for our company. (Just4Keepers)

Took 1 and 1/2 hours to put 6 pallets on, could do with a better and quick service.

3PL is a place where you are given plenty of opportunities to progress through the ranks. The perfect place to grow and develop. Lots of perks too like cheap cinema tickets, restaurant deals, fresh fruit, ping pong and great team bingo nights !

A 3 to 7 day order took 15 days. They labeled my package to 10005 NY instead of 32127 FL.
I had to contact the post master at NY and I had to provide them with my ID and request that they sent the package to my correct address.

When the package got here, the bill and shipping paperwork was addressed to the correct address and the 3PL label was incorrect.

I made a formal complain, they didn't even bother to get back with me.

Anyone that thinks to use this shipping company please BEWARE!

I used these early this year and last year, honestly don't leave reviews but think as a public service I need to,If I could review less than a star I would, items would be either be late, damaged, sometimes would be short on orders, I've had better service at my children's pre-school partys and he sticks crayons up his nose sometimes, but still better organised than these

Absolutely amazed at some of the bizarre reviews on 3PL. I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years and have never had any problems. Their customer service staff have always been helpful, as has their management team. I also deal with some of their clients, who can only speak highly of them. Is there another company with a similar name? because the 3PL in Wigan that I deal with are always professional. There's something not right!

3PL are a fantastic company to deal with and I've been delighted to do so over the past 3 or 4 years. The recent spate of fake bad reviews are clearly some disgruntled former customer's malicious campaign to smear the business. Please make your own judgement - try their services and you'll see just how good they are!

They sent wrong item(significantly cheaper version) to me and I found it is really difficult to contact them to resolve the matter.
