Set up process was easy. Gave them a call and set up an appointment. Taro and Marvin were very professional. Walked me through their process, checked the rooms that needed to be cleaned, took measurements, received a quote, and once approved they were setting up and ready to get down and dirty. Very efficient with their time and fairly quick. I should also mention that communication was impeccable and very punctual. The final product was awesome! Definitely the quality work I was looking for. Tiles and grout look brand new! Will definitely set another appointment soon to work on our countertops and bedrooms. Do not hesitate and give them a call!

The team communicated everything well from scheduling to confirming when they were showing up. They did a great job cleaning the couch, a mattress, a futon, and they picked up and dropped off an extremely old oriental rug.

This company has an efficient process and made my dealings with them SO pain free. Setting an appointment was fast and easy. I was sent prepatorial instructions prior to their visit, which was very helpful. I was sent a service reminder the day before providing us with our tech's name, Jonas. On the day of, I received a notice that Jonas was on his way. Jonas was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He wore shoe covers while inside the house and removed them when he needed to step outside. He set corner protectors on all areas of the house where he would be working as to prevent damage to our walls from their equipment. He cleaned 7 rooms, 2 walk-in closets, 2 area rugs and treated 7 areas with a pet stain/odor treatment. We have two dogs and two teenangers (sometimes I do not know who is messier), so a lot of dirt/grime, odor and stains! Thank goodness their area is located far from ours! Jonas conquered this all in less than 6 hours and he did so by himself! I was very impressed with the end result. Our carpets are, once again, clean and fresh! There is a reason Socal Steam Clean has received so many positive reviews!

Taylor did an awesome job removing nearly a decade of heavy foot traffic and grime. He s professional, arrived on time, is an excellent communicator and a subject matter expert. Taylor provided advice for care and suggestions for the next cleaning, which we definitely plan on. There s a certain brightness that has been brought back into the area and is encouraging our summer cleaning. We re happier now to have our newborn grow in a much cleaner environment.

Person at the office was very polite and accommodated our preferred schedule and gave us the specific individual to do the job. He had been recommended by our daughter. That person came promptly on schedule and explained the procedure and took extra precautions to make sure our uncarpeted area would be protected. Overall a good experience.

My experience is I m an out of town landlord, so I was relying on your inspection as to the carpeting in my rental home with explicit instructions to call me when onsite, so we could talk about condition and what you were advising before doing any work. I was told this would be done, and before and after pictures would be taken and sent to me along with the invoice after work was completed. So that s what I was told, and based on that I agree to hire this Company. Well what happen so far is no calls at all, no pictures, no discussion on condition, no comments .......Nothing but an invoice for $220 and asking me to pay!
Is this good customer service? Of course not!
I was lied to .... nothing they said they would do they did. Again, I m a out of town customer that was putting my trust in them , and they failed big time!

SoCal Steam Clean is the only carpet cleaning company I will use. They removed even the toughest stains, from black soot on my white carpet ti pet and baby stains. All for a great value! Special shout out to Taro, who is a true professional.

I have used this company for a few years and they have never let me down! I should mention we are renters and found SoCal Steam Clean through their highly recommended Yelp reviews. They offer fair pricing, are professional, respectful of my time and most importantly: my carpets look better than ever. Did I mention that they leave behind ZERO residue and use non-toxic soap so it's puppy/kid safe?

Also if I could add bonus stars, I would! They have ALWAYS gotten me my security deposits back in terms of carpet/flooring.

1) They offered me a 2 hour window as to when they would arrive. (Other companies would have me waiting around 4 hours) They were nice enough to call me prior to arrival.

2) They assess the carpet and tile prior to the job. I fully appreciated this part because we had 2 puppies who had their fair share of accidents. They made sure to pay attention to problem areas and even educated me on those type of stains and self care for the future. (Areas with high traffic, age and helpful tips...) Justin is extremely knowledgable and explains technical processes in a manner I could appreciate. You can tell he knows his stuff!

3) I could see the differences in before and after! It felt like we just moved in again! Our carpets were better than new, since I am more educated in prolonging the care. They got the pet stains out, they spent a little bit of extra time on those stains but I could not even tell they were there! The deodorizing also made it so that you could not even guess we had pets! We also had a sunroom with tile flooring... We did not think they were too bad but after the cleaning, I was floored! (No pun intended) The grout and tile were white and glowing! It really brightened up our room a lot.

4) My favorite thing about this company is that they do not pressure me into any up selling. They offer me beneficial services if I need it but they do not have that sales-y pressure that I got when I used Stanley.. err Other Carpet cleaners.

All in all, professional, punctual, top notch quality... THE BEST customer service. I have and continue to recommend them to everyone.

I had a great experience with Chris from Socal Steam Clean. We just purchased a home from a family who had three dogs. No pet stains but lots of dog hair and dander so we really wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved our furniture in. Socal was able to schedule service within 24 hours. Chris called me to let me know he was running a few minutes late even though he still arrived within the one-hour window I had been given. He happily added a last minute request to clean tile and grout in a bathroom which had not been part of what I had initially scheduled. The carpet looks great!

I found this company online and decided to use them. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! I was able to get an appointment three days later!! They came right on time and got stains out of my carpet that I thought would NEVER come out! Plus the price was reasonable! I will definitely use them again!!

I found the office lady and the gentleman who cleaned my carpet to be exceptionally kind and helpful. My carpet, especially the stairs, were extremely dirty but to my surprise, after the cleaning, they look new again. This is the second time I have used them and I have been very pleased both times. They also only have a one hour window for arrival which is great.

QUALITY:
We have been booking Justin and his team since the San Diego Wild Fires. He not only got out all the ash but all the pre-existing stains that Stanley Steamer said couldn't be done.

They are honest about the work and will assess the upholstery and stains before tackling it. I never feel like I am getting an upsell.

We have now also called him to our offices as we had some water damage and he was there the next day and saved us a TON of money by educating us about the mold risk.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
5/5 stars from the phone to the actual cleaning itself. They are professionals who actually care. They even gave me helpful advice and self care tricks when they learned I was puppy shopping.

RELIABILITY/BOOKING PROCESS:
The level of communication is so helpful as we have a busy office, so the updates are appreciated. Christine is a delight to work with and the text alerts allow me to plan my day accordingly.

I would say book in advance as they get quite busy during the holiday seasons.

PET SAFE:
After I got my puppy (who eats everything in sight), I was concerned about toxic chemicals but I was assured that they use chemical free product. They also improve our air quality as I noticed my allergies calmed down after they came.. less dander and zero pet odor.

I found SSC on yelp and compared the pricing and reviews to other companies. Most of the competitors did not have the ability to clean our second story condo because they did not have the right equipment. After exchanging messages with Justin, the very responsive and understanding owner, we went to SSC. We had our 14ft sectional and carpets cleaned by Taro. He did a VERY thorough job and brought our house back to life. Overall, the price was reasonable and and service was fantastic!
TIP: if your tile is already sealed, they do not strip and reseal!

We had SoCal come to clean our sofa. The person who came felt the fabric of the sofa would not hold up well to steam cleaning. He was so polite and helpful, didn t charge me a dime, and gave me the name of someone he felt could clean it more gently than steam cleaning. Amazing! I will be calling them in the future for all my carpet cleaning! Wonderful, professional company!

Greg at Socal Steam Clean comes through for us again. Greg is personable and quick to respond. Twice I have had to call with "emergency" coffee stains and each time he has come out in a timely manner and saved our carpets. I used SoCal Steam Clean years ago when my puppy at the time had an accident on the carpet in my mom's house. And I remember telling my mom that she lucked out because SoCal Steam Clean not only restored the carpet and got the pee stain removed, but they got the carpet cleaner than it was before!

Well, years later, my same dog had ANOTHER accident! But this time it was at my children's godparent's house, how embarrassing! But this time around I did not panic because I had SoCal Steam Clean on speed dial!

Booking the appointment on such short notice was actually really easy and hassle free. This cannot be said about many other companies. They worked with our schedules, didn't give us any run around, and made the scheduling process a breeze. Also sent a confirmation text message, which I love because it keeps everyone on the same page. A confirmation over the phone is nice, but cannot be referred back to if any changes were to arise.

And as always, the work was immaculate! Carpet was cleaned beyond expectation. I wasn't present at the time of cleaning, but my children's godparents sent me pictures and thanked us over and over. OMG Paul just finished cleaning my carpets and upholstery. It came out so good! I've tried other companies and didn't expect much but boy was I wrong. Bookings an appointment was easy, Christine at the office was nice to speak with and straight forward with the pricing struture. I decided to go with the gold package which includes the cleaning and protectant. Paul didn't try to up sell me on anything, he went straight in and did just what we needed.

Shane was very professional, friendly, and finished the job fairly quickly, while clearly making an effort to do his job well. He was clean, and careful with the property, hitting every nook and cranny with care. Once done he was quick to pack up the equipment. The cleaning product itself had a surprisingly almost unnoticeable odor, which was pleasant anyway. When the job was complete, the carpets looked frickin awesome, and barely damp. The carpets will be completely dry in only 6 hours or so, which is better than one might expect. I d recommend to anyone.

Transformed my travertine tile floor from ground in kitchen dirt to looking like it did when it was newly installed! All those nooks and cranies emptied! NOTE after steam cleaning reseal with 511 impregnator seal. Very easy - spray on and microfiber mop oin. Steaming takes off everything including the seal.

I have 2 dogs and one is older and she s been having a few accidents inside the house. I have a pet spot cleaner but it always leaves residue that just collect dirt. I called to schedule an appointment and they got me scheduled right away. Taro arrived on time, explained the process and was just very courteous overall. I wished I could have taken before pictures but my carpet looks amazing & it smells so good (and clean). I ve had a different carpet cleaning company in the past that left the house smelling like sewer water so having my house smell fresh this time was the cherry in the top.
