A 3 to 7 day order took 15 days. They labeled my package to 10005 NY instead of 32127 FL.
I had to contact the post master at NY and I had to provide them with my ID and request that they sent the package to my correct address.

When the package got here, the bill and shipping paperwork was addressed to the correct address and the 3PL label was incorrect.

I made a formal complain, they didn't even bother to get back with me.

Anyone that thinks to use this shipping company please BEWARE!
