I had a skylight blown off my house during one of our Texas storms so I did a cold call to Skylight Solutions. George came out the same day I called for repairs, replaced the original skylight (which was blown into my yard), explained why it came off and shared a picture of his work. We had a hail storm roll through and punch a big hole in my 4 foot square skylight. I contacted them via the web form at about 7 am and by 7:30 I had an appointment.. and by 2:30 that same day I had a new skylight at a reasonable price. Can't ask for better service than that.

Couldn't be more pleased with this company. We had a little hiccup with the measurements, but they came out quickly, and replaced the skylight as soon as the new one came in. No muss, no fuss, they fixed it and made it right.

The company was very professional and personable at the same time. Prompt response to my initial call, quick turn around on a custom order, and upfront with answers to my questions. They covered the area below the skylight and was careful about tracking dirt from the outside or roofing materials dropping down during the replacement. My skylight was 30 years old, very oversized & custom shaped, so understandably, the cost to replace was a little more than stock sizes, but I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with the results. I had a double layered, domed acrylic. Glass would have been too heavy. It's 3.5 foot by 6.5 foot. I didn't put a photo of the finished product because I wasn't about to climb on the roof, and from the inside, you'd just see a translucent white rectangle. Give them a call - they can do anything with skylights.

I found Skylight Solutions to be reliable, prompt and efficient. I had a small skylight replaced and they did a very nice job. I am pleased and would call them again if needed.

From the time I talked with the office through George coming out to discuss options to when he installed our choice we were confident we made the right choice this time. Wow! The crew at this company are the best in Dallas. They are knowledgeable, fast and turnkey. We had an old skylight repaired and several skylights installed in our kitchen. They not only installed the new skylights but also patched all the sheetrock, texture and paint to match the existing ceiling. We can't recommend this company enough.

One of the smoothest transactions/experiences I can remember. The tech was in and out in 15 minutes. Price was $70 bucks less than others. 2019 has been a particularly active storm season. We had a skykight replaced. They gave a good quote, and their installer was professional, pleasant, and obviously knew what he was doing. I will be calling them in the future to upgrade/replace an additional skylight.

So a guy came out, checked the skylight, sent a quote and that was it. No follow up. I called them days later...they were gonna send a new quote with pics of the roof. No quote and no pics. They evidently don't need my business. Go elsewhere

Fantastic job. Was so pleased with the first one in the entryway we had one installed in the master bathroom. An enormous increase in ambiance during the day, and a thrill with lightning storms at night! Love them, and the crew was fantastic. Would repeat if I ever buy a different home.

It was very easy to reach out to Skylight Solutions to replace our 30-year-old plastic dome skylights. I entered my information on their website and Tina called back. She scheduled Erik to come out and give us an estimate. We were immediately impressed with Erik's level of professionalism.
