I highly recommend Probots. I placed an order via probots.co.in and let me tell you their products are of top notch quality. If it were possible I would have given 10 stars, 5 more stars extra for the customer service they provide. My shipment was about 5% destroyed because of BlueDart courier handling. I wrote an email regarding same to Probots with attahced pictures and images of the received shipment and Probots took action straight away. They sent me the replacement (of all that was destroyed i.e. 5% of order) at no cost whatsoever. Very high level of customer support and satisfaction. Highly, Highly recommend Probots for any of your tech needs. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you.

Please don't go to the location given in Google map. In that location there is no shop. Shop is in Vijayanagar which is 12km away from the given location. Please change the shop location otherwise it's a waste of time for the customer.

Quick shipping, and infact I missed an item in my order, the dealer has sent me payment link without charging for shipping and the prices are very reasonable

worst experience that i had with an online store. The store owner ensured me of dispatching my order but i have not recieved any of the tracking no. till now ( two weeks already passed and i have not recieved my order) and he not recieving my phone calls since then. this looks like a fraud company do not ever buy from probots!!!!

Not a pleasant experience. I ordered a part and after paying for it, there was no communication from them. When I called they told me that part has already been sent, but never gave me the awb no. Then they said the part is not available. When I demanded refund they kept delaying until I threatened to lodge a complaint. Finally they gave me a refund.

This seems to me like a fraud company. I paid them for my order and then there is no response from them. Once you have paid they will not pick your phone, nor will send you any confirmation mail. Stay away from these fraudsters :(
