Prep Obsessed

I placed an order a week ago. My cc was charged, but Inhabr not received an email from them confirming my order. I have tried several times to reach customer support with no answer back from them. I am very frustrated and not sure what to do at this point.

Amazing customer service and always have the best gifts, clothes and they are an amazing boutique!! They cater to all women no matter shape or size,such a rarity in a small business setting! Also the owners strive to give back to the South Florida community as much as possible!

They have a wide variety of gift items and other things such as gnomes,clothing and jewelry. I was very impressed and will definitely be making a return visit. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I especially love the option of ordering online, the shipping is quickly executed and I always receive my items right away. I have been a faithfully obsessed online shopper for a few years now. I absolutely cannot control myself when it comes to Prep Obsessed. Recently I traveled to Florida on a family vacation and Prep O was FIRST on my list of places to visit (yes, even before Disney). I could have easily spent all day in that store and would have if my husband would not have given up on my dreams and decided to sit in the car and wait. If you are in the area, please do yourself and everyone on your shopping list a favor and stop by this adorable boutique. Not only do the girls carry the VERY BEST items but the staff is comprised of the funniest, friendliest people you'll ever meet. Why are you still reading this? GO! GO!

The absolute best customer service AND products. Everything they carry is adorable and I never question the quality of their products because I know they are picky about what they sell to their customers.

PrepObsessed is my go-to when I'm looking for something that they might carry which is a big deal as I'm an out-of-state, regular customer. Their items are explained well, priced right, and quickly shipped. I also have to give a shout out as their customer service is what all businesses should strive for as they handle it promptly AND with a smile. I've referred them to many friends after I purchased (warily) a couple items, but no issues with those. Two thumbs up, but 5 out of 5 stars!

I usually love this store and saw that they recently moved. I went straight there and I don t know if it was the owner or a worker, but I was walking behind her thinking she was a customer going in, and as she gets in she looks at me, pulls the door from behind her and locks it. I understand they were closed but she could ve said something instead of being rude and just locking the door behind her, knowing I was interested in coming in. I usually have no problems but I just thought that was rude.

I don t live local so I ordered online. The service was excellent. My item arrived quickly, was nicely wrapped and had a personalized note. It was a nice touch! I just ordered again!

Prep Obsessed stays on top of current trends while offering some exclusive items, but there are so many things that set them apart from all the other boutiques you might shop at. Their prices are so affordable, their quality is always top notch, their shipping speedy, their customer service IS TRULY THE BEST!!!! Their Facebook pages often host live sales that will always contain their trademark sense of humor, and oftentimes we sell out of items right there on the spot. If you aren t a PrepO customer, you re really missing out on something truly special!

I live in Chicago & have been shopping with Prep Obsessed for over 2 years for all of my own items & gifting! From birthdays to bachelorette to Christmas items - Corey, Nina & the PrepO team go above and beyond each and every time!! There are similar boutiques the next town over from me, but I prefer to shop with PrepO. There are some brands specific to the southern region I can t get here as well & absolutely love. Their customer service is over the top and served on a pretty pink & glitzy platter! I cannot say enough positive things about PrepO & can t wait to visit the store on our next Florida trip!

The PrepO gals are amazing! Great customer service. Just last week I realized I entered the wrong shipping address on an order. I sent an email to the PrepO team and got an email back at 3 AM! I m pretty sure you will never find a more helpful and customer-focused business. Be sure to download their app and join the PrepO Secret Shopping Society to get early notifications on new items.

Love this boutique! I don t live close by so all of my orders have been online, but their customer service is excellent, my items have all arrived carefully shipped and in perfect condition, and the return process was super easy when I received something that didn t fit quite right. They have a great selection of items at very reasonable prices and I recommend them to all my friends! Corey and Nina are amazing!

Such fun, cute products! This store is packed full of adorable preppy goods; if it's your style, you're bound to find a few things for yourself and everyone else on your list. Beautiful things. Expensive and over priced for some things, but beautiful. My issue is with the customer service and false advertisement. There have been multiple times of "give aways" but they never post who wins and nobody ever says anything about winning. Honestly seems shady. They also claim to support teachers and fellow women, but it's only when it's convenient for them or when they want to look amazing. Honestly, would rather spend my money elsewhere. I paid lots of money (literally a car down payment in my less than 2 years of buying from them) to them because I was supporting women - so it was 100% worth it. However, I will no longer support a business that claims one thing and does another. So disappointed.

My mentor has sent me gifts via Prep Obsessed. The gifts are so fun, and someone at Prep Obsessed always carefully wraps the items and hand writes gift notes. One time, a box looked like it was dropped during shipping, and one item had a small crack. The Prep Obsessed team responded to my email within minutes and shipped me a replacement, no questions asked. That's when I started shopping there myself. The constant variety of what they offer is fun. But the communication and the customer service? It's next level. I ve never seen anything like this company and its relationship with customers truly like one big group of girlfriends!

Ordered a pearl necklace for my daughter for Valentine's Day and I received it today. It's just as gorgeous as I thought it would be and the thoughtfulness in how it was wrapped in tissue was great. Will definitely order again.

Prep Obsessed is more on the expensive side, but you'll be paying for high quality items. I only came to this store once with my sister and mom for Black Friday shopping during that day. From what I saw; shirts that are in boxes outside of the store were $5 and dresses that are hanging up on racks (outside as well) were $10. In store, everything was 25% off and they had a wall in the back for clearance items ranging from 50% - 75% off. Staff are nice, helpful and ran by women. Store is decent, their audience is mostly targeted for the 'southern' side.

I ordered online Sunday night, by Monday morning I had a personalized email from Corey and Nina thanking me for the order and tracking. Tuesday morning it was already delivered. They sent my package with priority shipping. I spent 3 hours online literally bc I had to budget myself and couldn t choose between this or that, but I will definitely be ordering a lot from prep obsessed !
