Innovative hearth products

Similar to the other reviews reporting inferior quality and non-existent customer service, this unit is of inferior quality and customer service is non-existent. This unit came with missing parts (rear brick support), a non-functional fan (quite noisy and very low airflow too), a wonky thermostat (doesn't work when stove gets up to temp, activates when stove is cold, and/or runs after stove cools. Most of all the air flow control is totally non-function and stuck wide open so stove burns hot and consumes incredible amount of expensive wood. The dealer (Berkshire Home and Hearth; avoid like the plague) was out here twice so far to address these issues , couldn't fix anything, went away leaving stove disassembled, and air flow control is broken even worse. Go elsewhere and avoid this Innovative Hearth products and IronStrike brand!
