I am very upset. Ty Miller did everything but listen to my concerns and wants. I told him what I didn t want and he did everything I told him not to do. His exact words were I promise you I won t do that . I explained to him the frustrations I had with another company I tried and he did exactly what they did. He waisted my time and put unnecessary inquiries on my credit. My payment went up with whatever bank he was trying to have me refinance with. Very disappointing. Now he s not returning my calls. Do not waist your time with this company.

I've heard refinancing is beneficial if you shave off a percentage point from your APR. Beth Chitel helped drop my APR by SEVERAL points. It was a great deal, and she made it easy. Would do business again.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond to any question or concern I had and I really liked his pleasant personality. He made the process incredibly easy for me. First and foremost the process was so smooth! I inquired about a refi on Tues, that same day within minutes I received a call from Huey Wooten and it was smooth sailing from there! I work full time as a manager for the state so my schedule is very hectic but Huey provided me with what was needed, I got it to him and signed docs Wednesday.
