I am very upset. Ty Miller did everything but listen to my concerns and wants. I told him what I didn t want and he did everything I told him not to do. His exact words were I promise you I won t do that . I explained to him the frustrations I had with another company I tried and he did exactly what they did. He waisted my time and put unnecessary inquiries on my credit. My payment went up with whatever bank he was trying to have me refinance with. Very disappointing. Now he s not returning my calls. Do not waist your time with this company.
