Worst customer service, they don't have parts. Keep on waiting for them, no one will bother to call you even. DO NOT BUY IFB Products.

Worst washing machine no repairs can be done once the machine has bought from company no spare parts could be replaced even if the money is given by the consumers such a worst company bought in india

Very Poor service. My washing machine is down for the last 1 month.after 4-5 vists of the technician Machine was sent to Okhla for repair.It was recd. back after 15 days and now it is lying unplugged in wait of technician to install and when called up the local service branch one of the persons who recd. the call is telling me why do you need the technician and on my informing that machine needs to be installed he simply hung up. Is this the way customer is treated? Management should look into the matter instead of simply shutting the eyes

Completely unprofessional people. ..talk in a very rude way. Do not listen and put down the phone. Very very bad experience

Dont buy any product of IFB ,There is no body to take care of maintenance. Pathetic ,

bhai plz jasa nam havasa hi kam ha ac to karidna mat last month ifb ki ac kharidi thi 1 mahine to chali uske bad no cooling hai secha a 3000 rs ka khurid ho If you want to apply for a complaint, you will contact the technical expert so it is my humble rqst to u plz do not purschase ac of ifb .. bilkul zeroooooooooo so all of you are asked to buy a ac of ifb ..

Worst customer service pls do not buy any IFB product

Worst ever Customer support, Please don't buy IFS products... they are unable to provide after sale service. My microwave was noticed rusted from inside, struggling from last 16 days to get the part replaced. they don't even have courtesy to replace the complete unit as it's still lying in original packaging from last 18 days. SHAME!!!!

I own an IFB front load washing machine. I understand, owing to numerous mechanical and electronic components some faults may occur. But it entirely depends on your customer centricity to deal and close the concern ASAP. Have been facing issues with the product (Still under warranty) regularly, but what is most appalling is the total disregard by IFB professionals/ call center agents/ service personnel's to customer concerns. One of the worst responsiveness and customer care by IFB.

Horrible Services. My washing machine is out of order since 1st Oct 16 and today is 16th Oct. On 5.10.16 someone came with a Wrong spare part and since then my continuous calling to Customer service is having NIL result. My AMC is a waste of money. Strongly recommend NOT TO BUY IFB products. The technician wrongly did AMC of the dishwasher instead of the washing machine in Nov 19.it has been 4 months and despite numerous calls and emails they have not refunded the amount.planning to sue them for harrassment and cheating their customer.

Even though the actual product is good some of the service engineer's sent for maintenance especially under AMC are well below par and are unable to rectify problems. Then starts the constant follow up with the call center and so forth. Service should not be demanded but given sadly this is true not only for IFB but most other companies too

After purchasing IFB top load washing machine. I came to know, its not reliable product and I wasted money to purchase such as pathetic product. Its getting problem after 2 years of purchase. After fixing a month, its getting issue again. So it means you need to purchase new one after their manufacturing warranty complete. I think they have design issue on all top load machines. I am not sure about front load machines.

worst customer service.... chasing these ppl last three days and no one attended yet.

Franchisees given to people who have no control over their Service Engineers. Minting money from people by putting duplicate parts. The service Engineers will tell you to get those parts exchanged, which are not faulty in the first place. They ll try to avoid work, and not even fully diagnose the problem, give you false information about parts and prices, and desperately try to make money, wherever possible.

Very poor service...Have been waiting for the past 10 days for their engineer to come and rectify the fault but no one has turned up. Guys IFB after sales is pathetic. Stay away from these people.
