The technician wrongly did AMC of the dishwasher ...

The technician wrongly did AMC of the dishwasher instead of the washing machine in Nov 19.it has been 4 months and despite numerous calls and emails they have not refunded the amount.planning to sue them for harrassment and cheating their customer.
