Marcus was awesome with his knowledge and determination to get everything up and going with our new Hunter Fiber Internet. On time, clear on what he was going to do. Hunter needs to give him a raise. Don't lose this employee.

Had installation done by "Ben" with new service. He was very courteous, professional and thorough. He made sure everything was not only working correctly before leaving, but also made sure that I understood all the new equipment and how it is working and should continue to work. He was also just plain friendly, and these days sometimes that is hard to find....

Had an install today! My tech was Ben, he did an awesome job explaining to me how to connect all my devices. He was polite and professional and made sure everything was up and running smoothly before he left. I am loving the speed and connection! Glad we switched! Peace out spectrum!!

Marcus Kinion was my technician. Honest about products and services offered. Answered all of my questions. Was timely and profressional. Best of all I'm paying way less than I was with Spectrum and getting significantly faster speeds. Easiest decision of my life. Literally

Refreshingly different right from the start. I was told the installer would be there at 8am - unlike the other company that gives a 4-hour window for you to sit and wait! Ben arrived at 8am and he was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He asked how I would like things done, then told me how long it would take and then he did it. I was very impressed with Hunter in general and Ben in specific.

Balti, and Kris handled our install. They were very professional, and did an awesome job. The service is excellent as well.

Wasn't sure what to expect, beside the usual installation, but Ben was very helpful and answered all my questions. He showed up early and went right to work. He is a very friendly guy who loves his job and takes pride in doing it right, a real rarity in the tech world. The wifi and internet speed is awesome.
