I purchased a life insurance policy through this company in 2018 with agent Joe Lombardi, and after being convinced to fork over $14,500 for one year premium I changed my mind after 2 weeks.
This company Hornor, Townsend & Kent, LLC refused to help me get a refund, even though we were well within the free look back period .
I also tried contacting the insurer Guardian Life Insurance and they refused to refund also. Joe Lombardi is a thief - RUN FAR AWAY and do not associate with Joe Lombardi or Hornor, Townsend & Kent, LLC!
Called twice to speak with financial advisor on my account with a very simple question. 2 message taken by very nice and helpful receptionist. No call from the financial advisor. Very unprofessional. Managed to get question answered by Fund Group, but the financial advisor should have called.

My financial advisor called and apologized for not returning my call. He explained why and I accepted the explanation. It is very professional to admit a mistake and stand up for it. I really appreciated the professionalism shown with the phone call. So I have updated the review today.
I have been trying to move my money since April no response. Beware
Horrible service. I have an account here with A LOT of money and can't even find a number to get in contact with them directly. This is why I will be moving my money from them.
