Harekrishna silk

SCAM I went to batu cave for Thaipusam festival on dated 11th feb 2017. There was one shop run by harekrishna silk. I bought 4 dress from harekrishna silk. I asked them about bill but thay said we are not giving bill to anyone and he did not give me bill. When I came back home I came to know one dress is tore. Next day I went to change tore dress. But they refused to change dress. They wear talking very rudely . He said this all item are defected. Why you did not check before buy? I know you are my costumer. Now everyone comes for change. We are not giving to change anyone. I asked him so you are selling tore or defected dress to costumer. But he did not reply. I paid for this dress. And I came here to change dress. I spend money for travelling spends my time. I have some question to Management. 1) Why you are not giving bill to costumer? 2) Why you not mention in your shop inform all dresses defected? (Notice ) 3) Why they did not change tore dress? 4) Did I do mistake to keep trust on Harekeishna silk ?

Just walk about this busy 'mini Indian street' in Klang.
