I recently purchased bar code software from the company's website and while the product met my needs, I found the overall experience to be average. The website itself was easy to navigate and provided clear information about the software. However, I encountered some issues with the purchasing process and customer service. It took longer than expected for my order to be processed and there was a lack of communication regarding the status of my purchase. When I reached out to customer service for help, their response was somewhat slow and not very helpful. Despite these challenges, the software itself worked well and I was able to generate barcodes efficiently. Overall, the company's website is user-friendly and the product is satisfactory, but improvements in the purchasing process and customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience.
