I recently purchased bar code software from the company's website and while the product met my needs, I found the overall experience to be average. The website itself was easy to navigate and provided clear information about the software. However, I encountered some issues with the purchasing process and customer service. When I reached out to customer service for help, their response was somewhat slow and not very helpful.
