So apparently, citex launched this platform. I saw this merge portal citex.us.com and I merged my account with them, after that I did kyc and reactivated my account on the website. There was even an online support responding to all my questions, this is something big.I swapped my coins immediately after I was able to reactivate my account.I think the whole point of merging my account was to migrate it to the new platform.
