I do NOT work here and so far there seems to be no communication between the management and office personnel. Front office is clueless and very unprofessional I hope they switch it up AS. SOON. AS. POSSIBLE, as it is Very MUCH NEEDED!

Had a 8 am pick up time and I arrived at 7 am and I left at 5 pm. They kept telling me sit and wait. When I finally got loaded it was only a half of trailer. Never again will I load here.
Worst unload experience i have had in a long time. Arrived early for our 0900 appt, 4 hours later not in a door. Whoever answered receiving would not give his name but basically said so sad, too bad maybe another hour or two. Apparently they booked all their loads for 0900 with no concern about driver's hours, reload etc. Will never deliver here again
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.....LOADING @ LEAST 4 HR. .......STAFF WILL LOOK DIRECTLY @ YOU AND SAY, "OHH WELL, NOT MY PROBLEM" IT'S TAKEN 4 HRS. TO BE LOADED AND THEN SMILE WHILE CLOSING WINDOW.
STAY THE PHUCK AWAY......GOOD LUCK AND BE SADE OUT THERE.
Too bad there's no negative stars....horrible,horrible place. The whole parking lot is riddled with potholes, muddy and small. Bad enough to tear your truck apart. And they WILL turn you down for a load if you don't have steel toe boots. Like you work there or something. And I would understand that if I was a flatbed truck driver but I drive a box truck...idiots.
I normally keep my comments to myself where I know the big shots will only look at these comments as cry baby drivers. If you're OTR and don't come on the regular, take this advice. COME WITH A FRESH CLOCK!! You will end up burning your day, regardless if you're logging your line 4 or not, you will be here more than 2-3 hours. Today it took 3 hours just to get on a dock. I just check after an hour waiting and they still haven put one pallet on. This location is to small for the amount of traffic in here. I understand they will say they cant move due to environmental issues which will make it hard to sell the property. This is a OSHA time bomb in the waiting. A driver that is weak in backing and negotiating tight areas is just looking for a hood to take off. You have to give up your keys or they won't load you. Theres a run down utility shed that serves as the drivers (would be an insult to say lounge) waiting area. Ok the A/C works but since we stuck here for hours on end, you gotta break out the creature comforts. The one mens room toilet shared by the dock and drivers, come on now! It doesn't even fill the tank for a good flush. I'm sure management, and the owners know very well what's going here and just like on the movie Which Way Is up! Nothing matters as long as the product is moving.
Went to apply and wasted my time I passed the "test' before the application is given Then when the lady seen I came from out of state and I told her I'm not sure of my start and stop days she said just guess after reviewing she said Well your young and you move so we can't hire you
This place sucks no room my company parking lot is bigger all employees are rude and for a multi million dollar company you would think it would have a driver room kinda place you would rather stick a needle in your eye then come here again
This place is garbage, for those of you that book their loads, you are better off cancelling rather than going thru with this, they might pay decently for a load, but theyll eat a day of yours just having you sit around as they work slower than paint drying, absolutely the worst place I delivered to hands down. Phuck this place.
This place by far is the absolute worst place to load or unload.i came in for 0730 appointment and it's 1800 and I'm still waiting for paperwork...if you can avoid this place at all costs it's not worth your time and they don't want to pay detention time,if I haven't said it clear enough ,let me say again that this place sux sux sux donkey dick!!!! Their customer service sux azz too..
Take to long to load. You have to sit in your hot truck because they take your key. No communication with you about what's going on. They have loner steel toe boots you have to wear. But they sometimes refuse you. It's a dirty place and outside dock.
Was at this place today for 7 hours... Got there at 6 for a 7 am load time... Got loaded and done at 12 then went to scale out and some jack ass in a white Volvo refused to get off the scale so no one could leave...he messed up the whole rotation for everyone. Besides that the people here are great.
