Don't ever buy ZurePro insurance. They take only premium, don't give you any claim. They will make you call 10 times and they always try to convey you that, Sir do not go for this claim amount because we charge you sooo many extract charges and it will take time to get approval from so n so insurance company, instead close the claim.
I have emailed them 20 times and I always get a call from them stating sir you have claimed for this amount and after all charges you will get only so much amount. For this amount you will have send us document and all other formalities. Instead of this please close the claim.
This is one of the fraud company. Don't ever think of it, if your getting for free also don't prefer taking.

I will never recommend this to anyone. My previous insurance was with another agency and I got the claim within 45 days of filing it. It's been 6 months since I submitted all the documents to Zurepro and I still haven't got my claim. My mobile is going out of service, but I didnt get a claim!! When I try to call the customer care, 90% of the times I don't get hold of an agent because they're 'busy' and I get a recorded reply saying that they'll call me back; I never get a call back. If a buy says they've insurance with Zurepro, it's as good as not having at all!! Utter waste. I've invested so much of time on this and I still have to invest more in order to get my claim!!

The last time I had claimed the insurance for a display damage, it took almost a month and a half to get the whole process cleared out and one of your management folks had to transfer the claim amount into my account.
Again this time, I have unfortunately had a display damage. I'm not sure what do you mean when you say, you need a new set of pictures of the damage. I've sent you the pictures already. I've sent you the bill and the repair invoice.
How on earth do I send a damaged picture of a repaired phone???
