The last time I had claimed the insurance for a display damage, it took almost a month and a half to get the whole process cleared out and one of your management folks had to transfer the claim amount into my account.
Again this time, I have unfortunately had a display damage. I'm not sure what do you mean when you say, you need a new set of pictures of the damage. I've sent you the pictures already. I've sent you the bill and the repair invoice.
How on earth do I send a damaged picture of a repaired phone???
Your customer care(do you really care???) number just says that you are busy.
Busy all the time???
Not sure.
2nd Bad experience.
