Horrific service, as usual. This evening the route...

Horrific service, as usual. This evening the router is denying DHCP addresses to my laptops and providing them to the phones. Naturally it has to take 2 or 3 days to have this sorted out.

The people handling customer care as usual haven't a clue.

This sort of systematic failures at service borders on fraud.

It used to be ok but every time they restarted your router belive me your internet will be throttled. Zuku is becoming a usles company day after day. Google usually pays ISP we all know and all they are going to do is speeding up youtube and google search ingine and the other sites are history. When you call them they have no balles to accept the situation but will tell you everything seems ok. No it is not. They are number 1 throttling ISP right now. How on earth we are forced to sit to get a decent speed conection after mid night? Im changing ISP after this month this is thw last time I will be using Zuku. Lesson learnt. The tv is so funny get a dish and put it panamsat or arabsat and you will get much much more. They are getting them the same ways.

Located at gateway business park off Mombasa road is a safe and secure environment. Good spacious parking with good friendly security. The rest is just office enquiry and customers looking to be attended to but it's never crowded you can always make your way there

When I took up their fiber internet in September i...

When I took up their fiber internet in September it was really good but in October it just went to WORSE,,,, slow internet or none for hours ,maintenance and down time that took forever to fix .Couldn't watch the rerun elections coz of their unpredictable downtime. Am not impressed anymore looking for other alternatives.....

TERRIBLE service, extremely incompetent and unprofessional.

Having experienced slow wifi for over two weeks and had problems connecting to Zuku ever since I requested them to change my wifi password, I posted on their Facebook page in an attempt to gain some answers - several calls and attempts to reach out through chat on their site have proven useless. In response, Zuku deleted my comment as undesirable and I have yet to hear back from them in any way. What a disastrous joke of an ISP.

I have no choice but to use it. Currently the cheapest option available, BUT I am forced to get TV, which I don't view and a fixed phone I have never used. Nowadays there are several free-to-air stations, and we aalll have mobile phones now. Stop forcing us to subscribe to what we do not use and charge us for it. They need to offer an internet only service to all areas (and not just a few), thus making it a fair service, fairly priced. Otherwise when an internet only 10Mbps service is launched at the same (or slightly less) price, the exodus shall begin.
