A real feast for the eyes and the heart, a wonderful place !!!
A real feast for the eyes and the heart, a wonderful place !!!
Perhaps the rate is too high for a park that is not very large. Well organized and beautiful for children.
Many animals.
The pool adjacent to the hippo pool absolutely needs maintenance, as the deterioration of the partition and dirt do not allow you to see the animals.
Having a zoo in the city is more than good. Too bad for the few spaces available. Quite chaotic (partly justifiable because we are in August). The pool was nice. I recommend it but not too much
A beautiful park and swimming pools solution to spend a different day
Positive overall experience, even if the ticket price is high some experiences justify this price and make it seem less expensive. Flight of birds of prey and island of lemurs for me top. Attentive, polite, friendly staff. For me it is true. We didn't try the pools as it was bad weather, but they look just fine.
Beautiful zoo with exotic animals of all kinds. You can feed the giraffes after a ticket and do, in the summer, the bathroom near the penguin pool (the two pools are divided by a glass). Ample park for picnics and to let off steam the little ones.
I'm sorry but I only had half a good experience.
The animals are very beautiful but actually the spaces do not seem to be very large (especially when I saw 3 beautiful tigers closed in a space, in my opinion, a bit miserable).
The question of costs seemed a bit exaggerated to me.
It is not specified that by paying a surcharge of 5 euros at the checkout for the swimming pool (having already spent 20 euros at the entrance today Monday 20 July) at least 2 sunbeds and an umbrella are not included, but you are relegated to an external corner that is not very comfortable. Furthermore, there is no control in this external area and one's belongings are left at the mercy of anyone. I decided to spend an additional 3 euros (plus a deposit of 5 after I returned) for a security locker with a key, which I didn't even know where to put myself since I was in costume!
The covid rules are respected little, mostly only when you are closed within a specific space (eg. The island of the lemurs or the Petra amphitheater): the absurd thing is that to stay inside the amphitheater it was necessary to be inside a "pitch" designed in the stands, which could contain max 4 people of the same family, but at the entrance of the same all the people were crowded together to be able to enter first being afraid of not finding a place if not he had booked. I have tried to respect the distances but many other rather peasant people (without a mask in addition) have started to push against me, my backpack etc. just to pass in front of me.
The attendant was present but engaged on the cell phone (or in any case with an electronic device) next to me, in the reserved area (quite empty in addition) and did nothing. However, when it was time to get people into the amphitheater then the safety distance and the mask for the covid were needed.
The pools are nice, the glimpse is nice with animals that swim with you on the other side of the glass, but also here, very few safety rules. There were several young lifeguards who whistled constantly, but never one who had tried to disperse the crowd of people (one attached to the other) on the edge of the pool intent on getting their feet wet. In addition, at each pool entrance you are asked to show the bracelet that indicated the payment of the fee for the pool: never a check.
MAH.
A little more consistency and a stable presence of workers on the streets of the park, which is not even that big, so it would be enough to observe the visitors a little more.
I went there for a graduation party. We had lunch in the park restaurant, in a modern and well-kept structure. Very good appetizers (typical Piedmontese and not), good first and second courses.
Despite the rainy and cold day, we were provided with a guide (a very nice and kind young biologist) who took us to visit the park in all its corners.
The park is beautiful, clean and well structured.
Definitely to go back on a sunny day!
Beautiful zoo just outside Turin! A little expensive entry ( 23 at the cashier, 16 on the site), but very nice. It deserves. So many special animals to see!
For children, the magic of meeting an animal seen so far only in books ... is priceless
Very nice park with lots of animals to look at in their natural habitat (clean and very well kept). The show of birds of prey is something extraordinary, recommended for the whole family!
A beautiful animal park
Feast of hallowen well organized some 'expensive as the cost of the ticket for those who come in the afternoon
Unique in its kind, the pools are very suggestive, the paths with the animals are interesting but limited compared to the expected
Very summary site with unclear information!
16 euros entrance + 4 euros for the swimming pool false = paid 21 euros plus three euros for parking and the pool was closed (obviously the information on the website is not easy to find).
Obviously you dream of the refund and inside the park not even a kiosk open with a Botswana heat! Staff who tried in vain to plug in the deficiencies of the website as if everything were normal RI-DI-CO-LI.
Beautiful is very beautiful but it is possible to make a good one
Excellent experience especially with children. Well kept place we went on a Friday and it was with little crowd so no queues.
A wonderful experience to do with the whole family is the best zoo safari in Italy
Beautiful as always suitable for young and old .....
the place is fantastic. the animators our tour guides are really into the subject of each animal. shows were spectacular, the animals very well kept and healthy. the only disadvantage is the shuttle bus from train station, which works only in weekends, however you can walk it for around 30 minutes. prices are very reasonable and the place was very well kept. variety of animals from giraffes, penguins, tigers, rhinos and hippos. souvenir shop and restaurant also available.
All very nice clean and very well organized, the animals well kept
Beautiful Sunday zoomed in with friends! The staff is polite the place is very clean there are so many types of animals all well kept. Picnic area and restaurants! Prices like a classic zoo both for the entrance and for the restaurants inside. There are some activities not included in the price of the very expensive ticket if you want to do .. eg: 10 euros to feed giraffes, very excessive but the park is still very nice without needing extra.
Trip with children. Super happy. It is not too big and this is an advantage because in one day you can see everything without stress and with the heat even the swimming pool. obviously all extra and all expensive. But for a special family occasion it can be done
Staff trained and always very helpful and polite. Clean and well managed place. Fantastic beasts.
Really large park with a large number of extremely visible animals, clean areas and plenty of refreshment areas. During the day there are performances and some are for a fee. We also find a park expert who guides us and tells the story of each individual animal ...
There is also a swimming pool inside the park but with entrance fee. Numerous souvenir outlets.
Recommended for everyone especially children, they will have a lot of fun !!
A place suitable for children; I am against animal segregation for profit but I must admit that it is very well done. I hope the animals are treated equally.
Spectacular and Anke the magnificent Sn pools, only when feeding the penguins should throw the Anke fish in front of the pool, if no one sees them
Small but beautiful. Very nice pools and animals kept to conserve biodiversity
Well-equipped space, beautiful swimming pools, excellent price-quality ratio for the catering part. And then so many animals to see
Day to spend with the children, at fixed times there are explanations of the life of the various animals: rhinos, tigers, hawks ... etc. refreshment points and games.
Very nice sin only for cleaning: Dirty cupboards and tables of the Bar ditto) absurd a locker next to a hire shop gadgets 1 euro every time you opened it ... 2 adults including pool entrance 71 euro not counting if you want umbrella, deckchair, locker etc ... for the money that they ask for at least the clean bathrooms, with hand soap, paper and without Turkish!
Lemurs, tigers, hippos, birds of prey, zebras, giraffes, meerkats etc ... etc ... nice park, large, well kept.
A very nice park
There are a lot of animals to discover
Beautiful and fantastic idea but they make you pay whatever little thing you do ...
I really liked .... and wonderful, to revisit absolutely
Beautiful and well-kept place. The habitats are designed with respect for the nature and needs of the animals that occupy them. Very friendly and competent staff. Beautiful experience.
Great place as a first "zoo" experience to show children the animals. Equipped to eat with both a bar and a diner, which can be eaten for the whole family with about ten euros per person.
The zoo is turned around in little more than a morning but not for this it is necessary to also make the ticket of the swimming pool since inside there is a big playground covered by trees that create a pleasant shade even in the hottest months under which the children can play with games for all ages and parents enjoy a little rest on comfortable wooden benches.
However for the pool there is no obligation to wear a swimming cap. In the park, as in common sense, you can't go around in costume.
A great experience swimming with vegetarian piranhas !!!!
I don't give 6 stars because there are no relaxed and well-kept animals to go
Really nice for a different day in the company of many wonders of nature
Very nice and well organized place. The events with the animals are very beautiful and interesting. The evening tour is very characteristic and it is beautiful the show of the African boys, very good! The stands around the park are usually closed in the spring of the week, but in the summer they are all open!
Nice park. Excellent for the little ones. The animals are clearly visible and very well kept, in general everything is in order and clean. We did not use the swimming pool but at first sight it would also seem very well managed.
Beautiful place for a Sunday with family or friends ....
I only discovered this year that existed.
Very nice nice and interesting.
Friendly staff. Well-kept animals.
Too bad having only found out that there was a night program. Next time I get ready.
I bought the tickets on Groupon at a price of 15.50 ... There is written to pass in the box but at our turn we were told that it was not needed ..... To be added 3 euros for parking (I had read parking for free somewhere part or I dreamed of it?) but in my opinion it should be free as it is not even kept and outdoors. Enter and mandatory photo. For charity nobody dies but it should be an optional service. Start the tour, it is a fast food of the approach with the animals where perhaps we should understand that it is necessary to have patience and respect the times and the spaces of the animals. I find it reflects the hectic society of everything and immediately today. The spaces used for animals I found them in general too small (giraffe tigers penguins). . Think if you were the animal that every day sees us humans / tourists. Too many consumed plexiglass glasses that do not let you see inside. The path is uphill, for a stroller or a wheelchair should be considered to do more effort but it is feasible. The bathrooms are suitable for small children (I saw a changing table) and disabled (zero steps) in the one immediately on the left. Excellent picnic area with small tables and sun awning. If the review was helpful, thumb up!
Unos spectacular experience on the outskirts of Turin, spending for a couple between entrance, lunch and pool about 75 euros, for a family of 4 people around 100 euros, there are themed pools (3 different) and a whole part of park with giraffes, tigers, penguins, rhinos, hippos. You can also snorkel in the midst of piranhas (vegetarians). Highly recommended, I leave you some pictures as evidence of our beautiful experience !!
Nice well we had a great time
Beautiful day
Large, with animals kept in natural-like habitats. Well built and with large spaces.
Not bad catering.
Good level additional paid services.
A great day
Very disappointing, exaggerated cost for what they show you
Second year in a row ... nice zoo but the added value is definitely the pool area
Well let's say that with 29 per person you would expect something more ..... at least not to pay apart the sunbeds and the parasol by the pool and above all the snorkeling with the fish in a half-puddle of water! ( 10 each) For the rest very convenient drinks and eating compared to other theme parks .... (1.30 x water and 4 x a hot dog)
yet another tour done at the zoom ... if possible they still improved it compared to last year! very beautifull!
Recommended for spending a day with your family, the little ones will love it! The part that will most stimulate their interest will surely be the walk with the lemurs that are free to go around people, but they must not be touched or shouted, respect first of all
It is undoubtedly very expensive, aggravated by the high prices and a bit speculators of ancillary services and catering, however respectful and very attentive to animals, so it is worth spending them. There may be a few more animals / species, but it is undoubtedly a good experience.
Highly recommended.
Interesting the show of birds of prey
Definitely well kept from a scenographic point of view. Dear people who work there, but ... And always a zoo ... difficult not to see the sadness in the eyes of hippos, the tigers seemed all too quiet .... And the birds of prey? Where are they when they don't demonstrate? I brought my children and I showed them the difference between a zoo and their natural habitat .. They are small but have drawn their conclusions ..
Also great for the little ones, beautiful settings and great animals. To visit
Many animals, relaxing for everyone including families with children
Beautiful bio park in Turin. The only flaw is that it costs a little. But actually it is very beautiful!
Very well maintained zoo. Not too big and beautiful animals. With 2 great worlds. Several additional extras that are not necessary. Website in English did not work.
Biopark rich in flora and fauna, clean and cared for down to the smallest detail. The swimming pool is beautiful. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices appropriate to the offer. Absolutely recommended.
We spent a wonderful family day here.
My 2 year old girl had a great time, first in the pool and then around the zoo.
Very organized, nothing is missing inside.
The only flaw .. maybe I would put the swimming cap in the pool .. too much hair in the water. Sin.
For dinner prices average .. considered the place. Nice entertainment for the little ones.
Moral: children certainly will not be bored, at the same time adults can enjoy the relaxation of the structure to the max.
Recommended for an alternative day .. especially for the little ones.
Animals in semi-freedom, perfect habitats, professionalism of the staff. Great food
Animals and place very well taken care of, entrance a little expensive but worth it all
Very special place as far as the pool area is concerned, but the changing rooms and showers should be modernized
