Nice experience, with even tours with explanations from zoologists. The only animals that made me a little sad were the penguins ... However on the whole they have a lot of attention towards them.

Park full of animals, many endangered. The activities are conducted by experienced people and explanations are also suitable for children. The staff is helpful and expert. The cuisine is varied and gluten-free meals are available, even at self-service. The animals have large spaces and there are no dangers.

Zoo suitable for families, it is not too big as others famous in Italy but still has several important attractions such as tigers, giraffes, rhinos and various other animals that you can see on the site.
It still took a few hours to visit it calmly and be able to see the free events scheduled in the day when they explain the animals.
The areas of the animals and the park are really well kept, some areas like the path inside the lemurs are very nice adventure for children and not.

In some places the swimming pool borders with a transparent glass that shows the aquatic animals of the zoo, with the effect of swimming together.
We visited it with children of 2.3 and 5 years and were really happy.
Only thing I would recommend to the park and to lower the costs of the photos that you do during the journey, for example along with parrots or owls, as 10- 13 per picture are many for families. I think that at 3 they would sell hundreds of more photos.

Zoom is fantastic, and great for those who love animals, there are giraffes, rhinos, camels, monkeys, goats, hippos, turtles, birds, tigers and many other small and large animals. There are bars, services, kiosks of slush, of the places where you eat lunch or if you bring food from home you can sit on chairs with tables every hour there are shows or explanations, and what about the adorable dwarf goats every now and then open the door of the fence and from you can caress each type of goat, and with the new part of the pools you can swim with the animals, or simply relax in acqua.Zoom is always wow !!
Although I am not in favor of zoos in general, I found the zoom very clean and tidy, the animals are clean and healthy and it's not cheap.
Beautiful park, a short distance from Turin. Visited for the second time, it never disappoints! Well cared for, many toilets and clean. The only flaw is the paid parking, as the park is not really cheap (especially for children who over 3 years pay a reduced price a little expensive). The spectacle of the birds of prey is very beautiful and evocative, the path of the lemurs where you walk "among them" to experience a few moments truly immersed in nature. Games for children very well equipped, large and cared for. Excellent for spending a day outdoors in a splendid park. I recommend having regard to the prices of the kiosks (a popsicle at 2.50!), To take advantage of the green areas very well equipped with tables, benches and deckchairs and have a picnic, to save a little something ..

Very nice, the experts are very nice and very helpful. One thing not to be underestimated is that the animals are not taken from their natural habitats, but are animals that have been kept in captivity for generations or saved. The place is nice but they also charge you for the air you breathe. For example, do you pay for parking before entering, when ever? Do you want to interact more with animals? Just pay. And to enter and exit you must pass the souvenir shop. But children will have a great time and that's what counts.

The roast (price of the acceptable menu) was a pleasant surprise because the various types of meat were very tasty nothing to do with the menus that you propose for lunch. Relaxing evening. It is a truly 5-star park. Neat, clean, with attentive staff. I would like to be a park animal to be so cuddled and followed. The dining options are organized very well, and the quality of the food is excellent (it is not always obvious in places so popular). Good lifeguards always careful. This is not a park that has the sole purpose of entertaining visitors but mainly to raise public awareness of the conservation of endangered species and precisely to safeguard them. The animals are not taken in the wild but come from captivity and other zoos, so that each specimen can live in the most suitable habitat. There are many plans for the reintroduction of endangered species into the wild, but this is not always possible because due to man their natural habitats are no longer adequate for the life of these animals. Zoom is one of the bio parks that is most committed to this goal, the staff is competent and prepared and constantly strives to safeguard the health of the specimens. The purpose of instructing visitors apparently is not always perceived, perhaps more attention should be paid to the explanations of biologists and animals to understand more about the topic. It is normal that you cannot come into contact with all the species as you would expect, for example it is not possible to swim with hippos which are one of the most dangerous species for humans or touch the lemurs which, despite being able to see a lot from close, just to allow you to know them better, they could be affected by the health of direct contact with humans.
Lots of things to see, animals of various species, a nice refreshment area, equipped on everything, moderate prices for non-paying children, beautiful shows of birds of prey and penguins, we recommend it to those who want to spend a day in the countryside among many animals.
The spaces are pleasant and new generation. Beautiful pool area. All in all, however, it turns into an hour and a half and is expensive. Two adults a child of 4 a child of 7 only entry and car parking 75 euros. Swimming pools not included
once a year with a group of friends who have children of our age we organize a trip to Turin where you can see some animals know their history and their habits. The children enjoyed the show of birds of prey both in the morning and in the evening. If you go in the summer it is very nice to even take advantage of the various swimming pools to have a nice bath, one of the pools allows you to see through transparent glass hippos and then swim with them.
Nice place but some sign inside would be different in my opinion ... Someone has problems following the park path even with the map in hand ...

Bad park and non-existent state of care, poorly cared for animals and species can be counted on the fingers of one hand. All expensive for what they offer ... never again.
Cute, I've never been there before ... But the prices, really exaggerated!
We have been fine. The place is well looked after, clean and nice staff. The animals are well fed and well cared for. You can bring your own food and consume it in the picnic areas. There are also various restaurants with tables also outdoors. The clean pools with hot and cold showers and of course the changing rooms. There is the possibility to rent an umbrella and two sunbeds for 18 euros and lockers for 3 euros. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!
Points in favor: well-recreated settings, kindness and courtesy of biologists and staff, exciting raptor show, immersive lemur island.
Points against: price of the entrance ticket (among other things, you pay for the unguarded parking of 3), very high prices in the restaurants, souvenir shops as expensive as few, zoo in the complex with few species.
