Nice, but I would suggest putting some structure to support the towels when you go to the pool without forcing to take the cot.

if I have to find fault in the park: the audience. biased about animal health and with screaming and rude children in tow. We heard things worse, type: Tigers never move because they are doped. when in fact it would be enough to have a bit of patience to get back in the hottest hours to see them swimming and playing with water in the large tank at their disposal.

zoom is a reserve in all respects, the animals have not been captured, as many insinuate, but they are all subjects born and raised in captivity. And they're so good that breed on the spot and the new born grow up healthy. Winter cold? no problem, all guests have access to zoom heated areas, including hippos with temperature-controlled tanks.

the staff is friendly and willing to answer questions about Zoom guests, have infinite patience.

Park shot in an hour and a half scarce.
Restaurants and bars all closed.
2 restaurants open out of 6.
Kiosks around the park all closed. A delusion.
Ticket paid in full without first specifying on the site that you had half the services.
Some animals not even seen because there were signs outside that said they were feeding puppies .. But they are very old signs surely for years.
Paid parking at 2 kilometers under the sun.
We ran away after an hour and a half

To bring absolutely children but also perfect for adults ..... the animals live in their habitats can move freely in outdoor spaces and take place covered and heated for the winter. Excellent and interesting explanations by biologists on the life of the animals that are guests of the park.

Beautiful experience .... to be redone very soon. Staff friendly, polite, prepared.Exstra all to do ... are fantastic experiences especially for children ... but also for adults .... Unfortunately, my son's wallet has been stolen .. Obviously they have not been the animals, .... as always, man manages to ruin everything. Thanks to all the staff who have activated to look for it.

Really beautiful, my children have had a great experience, the morning pool and the afternoon we went to see and know all the animals ... the animals seem to live in good health, clean and healthy.

A very interesting Biopark. Animals well kept, in my opinion I noticed only the fence of the hedgehogs a little 'small (and with the porcupines who did strange movements like the "dance of the bear" equine) and that of the tigers which seemed a little bit stressed. For the rest, really beautiful, spacious and well-kept environments.

Zoom is a medium-sized Zoo a few miles from Turin. Often there are offers on the purchase portals (Groupon, etc.) to get some discounts, given that the price is quite high, but then partly justified by experience. From the entrance you can admire rare and amusing animals, and then get to the aquatic ones up to the tigers and giraffes. There are several dining options and bars inside. If you want you can buy a ticket with a swimming pool, located in the middle of the park, which allows you to swim a few cm from the penguins (divided by a transparent glass). Ample paid parking just a few meters from the entrance.

I arrived shortly after 10am, once I entered the parking lot (with several cars behind me), despite the presence of some vacancies, they made us go out, pointing to the parking lot in front of us.
After having parked the same employee mentioned above he came back to us asking us (me and the other cars) to move to reach a square, well ahead on the highway, despite the square in question was almost deserted.
To my refusal (moreover I have two children aged 3 and 5 and it is unthinkable that in a place for families there are no parking spaces dedicated to those with small children at a reasonable distance from the entrance and above all away from the dangers of the state) I was blocked at the ticket office.
I decided to go and give my money to those who have a minimum of respect for their customers and since there is a riding school a little further on where they are kind, helpful and definitely cheaper, I took the children there who made a nice ride on ponies mated by a girl so good that even managed to hold off the little one who is anything but quiet.
For the umpteenth time I regretted the Baite lakes as they were before they built this American.
To conclude, I think that if Turin had maintained its zoo like all the main cities of Italy and Europe, these gentlemen probably would have had a less easy life and would treat their customers with a little more respect or at least in a way appropriate to the prices they require.

A beautiful park, with many animals divided according to the environments. We were with two children aged 4 and 6, they had a lot of fun and followed the keeper's explanations with pleasure. It was October so there were few people and we saw everything without a crowd. A little pricey for a family of 4.

Our zoom is always fantastic, and I recommend you if you can make a list of the speaches of the various animals, because they are very interesting! Although it rained from mid-afternoon onwards we were thrilled and we will be back! Thanks ZOOM !!!!

Beautiful place ..... For adults and children .... The lemur path and the spectacle of magnificent birds of prey ... The only flaw in the bathroom with penguins I think the windows should be longer by the pool side to really get the feeling to swim with them ..... So there is only a crowd of people in front and you don't taste the presence

Very nice is not the usual zoo with animals in cages or rectangular enclosures.
Their natural environments have been recreated for what man can do.
Very interesting especially for the little ones the possibility to interact and touch some animals. This is why the various extra experiences offered by the park are very beautiful!

Very well maintained park-zoo, both environments and animals that can be admired from a few centimeters away. Very fascinating show of nocturnal and diurnal birds of prey. Large play areas and picnics. The ideal x trips with children and to admire many animal species (lemurs, giraffes, tortoises, penguins, etc)

Beautiful theme park just outside Turin. Ideal for children who have the opportunity to see animal species that otherwise rarely could meet so closely. The staff is courteous and prepared and maintains their 4-legged "guests" in good health. Beautiful show of birds of prey. Not to be missed.

The animals are treated very well, inside the park there are picnic areas to have a packed lunch, bar or restaurant.
The pools are medium in size and the use of a hair cap is not necessary

The place is very impressive. Unlike zoos, I find that it is managed better, as the habitat of each animal present has been recreated in a very efficient way. The route is well done and gives you the opportunity to settle in the recreated landscape. The animals are fit and well cared for. The swimming pool area is very large and Malawi Beach is very beautiful, with a part in sand with umbrellas and a part with equally well-tended grass and canopies for shelter from the sun.

Beautiful place .... dear, we will never come again. Excessive pool costs. 2 people swimming pool and park 67 euros + 16 euros umbrella and two sunbeds. Shameful

It is fantastic for the perfect organization, everything is taken care of in the smallest details. The animals are well kept in large spaces where the little ones and not only can admire them are worth the expense.
