A really nice place, but visiting it in summer is in fact impossible (if you don't use the swimming pool), apart from that the animals are beautiful and well kept. Very nice and helpful staff.
I hope to return in the spring so as to enjoy the park well, which I recommend to everyone.

A park where animals already born in captivity are housed and which are treated with attention. Interesting activities with veterinarians or biologists who do know more about the animal species found in the park. A pleasant stroll and good and varied the best places to eat.

Beautiful experience. The park is certainly unique. Helpful and kind staff, now rare in similar places.

I have read many negative reviews and I am sorry because it is true that there are not many animals to see, however the park is large, well organized, there are meetings with biologists who explain a little in general and in particular about the species hosted , there are a lot of bathrooms, many dining options and you can also bring food from home, nobody forces you to buy it on site.
It is also true that the spaces for animals are not immense, but they are still in the open air, without bars and with spaces of privacy, they can walk, climb, bathe and they seem to me well followed.
On the costs if the visit is scheduled in time the entrance costs 16 euros which for a family of 4 certainly has a weight, but you must think that maintaining such a place with all the staff they have and ensuring the welfare of the animals has a not indifferent cost. I go there every year and I have a great time.
Obviously they try to forfeit money with particular experiences, money is never enough in certain structures and in any case the experiences are very educational and interesting, I have done all of them.
I have never tried swimming pools.

Very enjoyable experience for our kids. The beaches and swimming pools from which you can see the penguins or the hippos swim in their ponds is enchanting. I give 4 stars and not 5 simply because I would have liked to have the opportunity to buy volumes of bottles of water bigger than 0.5l.

Wonderful experience at the zoom biopark, it is the third time that I visit it, I bought the ticket online quickly and easily, thus allowing you to avoid the queue at the ticket office.
Ample parking and very nice and friendly staff!
The park is very well cared for and clean, and there are always indications (but maps are also issued to help you find your way around and check the times of the shows and daily meetings with biologists).
The animals are well kept and some are endangered species and the meetings with biologists make us think a lot about the causes of this and how we can help these animals in our own small way.
The birds of prey show is highly recommended!
Inside the park there are refreshment points, and souvenir shops with medium / high prices. Next time I'll try the pool !!

We assume that this is the seventh time I go ....... COVID ..... PEOPLE WITHOUT MASKS IN THE POOL ..... IF YOU ARE ONLY AROUND THE PARK, YOU MUST WEAR IT .... SIN BUT WHAT SAFETY IS NOT AROUND AND YOU SEE PEOPLE GOING OUT OF THE POOL WITHOUT MASKS ...... NOW I SAY BUT YOU COULD NOT CLOSE THE POOL LIKE MOST OF THE COMPLEXES DID ?????? THIS WE WILL NOT GET OUT OF IT ANY MORE

To be seen! There are no cages, present penguins tigers hippopotamus giraffe dromedary monkeys is also an area with swimming pools that offers the possibility of bathing with fish.
In the structure there are bars and dining areas but you can also bring a packed lunch there are tables and benches. A recommended place for both adults and children. There is also a free shuttle service to and from the station.

Nice experience, great for kids. The animals are kept well and clearly visible. Parking costs 3 per day. The only flaw is the distance between parking and entrance to the park, if you have small children bring a stroller.

Beautiful experience! Clean and friendly and helpful staff. Great for children. The pools are vast and fun, penguins and hippos can be observed. The flight of birds of prey in the amphitheater is fascinating. There are targeted appointments throughout the day, even several times. Lawn areas are large and bags and food can be stored. 1 deckchair is available for each paying ticket. Cafeterias are bars with normal prices. There are changing rooms, free hot and cold showers. Paid parking at a cost of 3 euros per day. By buying the ticket online you save something.

Beautiful place from every point of view. There are fewer animal species than a common zoo, but the ones that are there are kept beautifully, both animals and habitats are clean. all very suggestive, but always respecting the animals! The lack of cages makes you fully enjoy the sight of the animals, I shot several zoos, bioparks, wildlife parks, but I had never seen them so well and so close, especially the tigers and the hippos! Beautiful thought the guide, which every tot, makes a presentation of the animals, for free. For those wishing to deepen there are several paid activities to enrich the experience. The swimming pools are also beautiful. Lots of dining options and restaurants / self-services, food for all tastes. Prices for both the restaurant and the souvenir shop in the average. Clean bathrooms. When I saw on the site the price of the entrance I'm a bit 'hesitant, it seemed high, but I was totally satisfied, worth the whole price. Convenient parking for a fee.
I can not wait to go back!

Beautiful place. The initiative was great to have children play with some animals: my son had fun with goats and lemurs. The drawback is that most of the refreshment points close at 7pm.

Very nice zoological park, many animals, kept very well. The only flaw is the price, too excessive. In addition to the price of the park, if you want to do activities in close contact with the animals, a separate fee must be paid. Not only of course, an extra . 10.00 for every added thing. Today, for example, entry for 2 adults and a child tot. . 65.00 + two extra tickets to see the giraffes, then another 20 euros.

Holidays in pure RELAX. The beauty of the place is satisfied by the cleanliness ... by the affable staff and the animals kept well. Everything to visit ..... it's worth it. Thank you.

Beautiful park, with the possibility of seeing so many animals kept very well and then accompany them in the evening in their stables. A bit disappointing the pool with the penguins and the fact that there is practically nothing to eat in the evening.

The place is nice, well organized and clean. The shows are beautiful and engaging especially for children. The costs, however, are exorbitant!

Park very nice and very well cared for even in the details. Maybe there are not many animals or many species like in other parks but the presence of summer pools makes the difference. Very well organized (there are also strollers in the park available to use) and very kind staff. Recommended.

For those who want to spend a different day it is a recommended place. The prices are perhaps a bit exaggerated especially for a family in 4 you spend more than 100 euros complete with entry into the pool.

Beautiful zoo of modern conception, without fences, you really feel immersed in the various habitats where the animals are found. Do not miss the pool area in summer and the falconry show.

Only for this year for a simple reason: I went twice during the summer and went back without entering to not be in the carnival of Rimini or Riccione.

Beautiful day full of emotions it was wonderful to be able to observe so closely some animals of our fantastic Planet Earth, personally I would say that they would be better in their natural context, in any case however they seem serene and treated with care.

The park is very beautiful and well organized, with many dining options inside. The two parking lots are charged ( 3), one in front and one not far away. Normally there is not a lot of queue but by making the ticket online you have a saving of 20% and the possibility to skip the line. The zoo is divided into areas, within which there are animals of relevance; the lemur area is really beautiful. In addition to the zoo there are two very nice and comfortable swimming pools. Personally I've been there twice and I'll be back soon.

Don't bother coming spend your money in turin instead maybe at the museums. Moment you walk in you get jumped on by photography sales man trying to sell you photo packages. Went to use the bathroom found a female staff in mens toilet (cleaner) texting, gave up waiting for her to get the hint whilst she was busy on Facebook, went to another facility only 2 toilets both with no flush. Zoo itself is overpriced and on top they expect you to pay more to park your car in their own carpark. Reptile area is made up of literally one window which you cant even see through. The layout is very unorganised and messy.

Inadequate shade for the animals let alone for guests. Saw a lot of the animals struggling in the heat trying to use the little shade available in their enclosure.

As for food and drink well it's the usual overpriced rubbish you find in most tourist attractions, best to bring your own food!

Cute but the sand is too thick then we have to change the wooden bridge in front of Gibbons and is too expensive.

The staff is courteous and the animals are calm and never stressed despite the constant presence of visitors. I recommend to visit it by yourself taking your time.

Just for the family, nice program of attractions, ample parking, nice picnic area and restaurant area, for me the entrance is a little expensive.

Zoo not so big but very nice. It is possible to buy a ticket only for the zoo or one that also includes the swimming pool. We only did the one for the zoo and in a couple of hours we shot it all quietly. Lunch with a second side dish, dessert or fruit and water 10.90, I would say very honest. Parking 3 to be paid at the cashiers at the zoo entrance.
