What about ... It has revolutionized my idea of the zoo and that of the people who came with me !! The animals are REALLY treated with care and respect and one gets the impression that visitors have to adapt to them, rather than the other way around.
Both times I went, we took advantage of the pool and we stayed until 10 pm to not miss anything ... As every hour of the day are offered activities to know the animals and / or see them eat.
Biologists are passionate and help us to know anecdotes about animals, each named with a different name, and to make them likeable even to the little ones.
Even without additional activities, those included in the ticket price are enough and go forward !! The price is quite high, but worth the trip !!!

A paradise for children. Animalu, games and fun guaranteed.

A real earthly paradise, we have been going for years and it is always more engaging and never tired. We always do the night safari (from 10 to 22) and I recommend it to everyone ... I think it's the best to be able to see the active animals, since most are nocturnal or more active at twilight. Very comfortable also the fact of having more hours available to be able to enjoy the bio park calmly and fully. The appellative bio park is full market because it is really difficult to find a park / zoo where the animals live so well and prosper in peace as almost in nature. Even for people it is a show because it seems to be in their midst without danger, thanks to the lack of bars or networks, but using only ditches and streams ... Throughout the day there are demonstrations and explanations by biologists, where all the animals are explained, their habits, how they are endangered or not and especially how to try to conserve them in nature. Really instructive and advised to educate children (really amazing flight of birds of prey in the temple ). A cherry tree of all the different eating areas where you can eat excellent dishes (recommended grilled meat). Next time we will definitely be back, thanks to all the staff of Zoom really kind and prepared
I forgot ... Tickets can be purchased online by skipping the queues and the ticket scanned directly from the smartphone (booking a few days there is also a crash, from 24 to 19 euros) parking costs 3 euros and you can also pay him online

I invite anyone who hasn't been there yet; above all do not let children and young people miss the chance to visit it. It is one of the most famous and inviting zoos in Italy. You will enjoy it, you will have fun and you will enjoy it.

We all liked it very much it seems to me that the animals have enough space, of course you can't expect who knows but sooo much better than other animal parks. We also did the private tour with the lemurs and fed the giraffes .... In addition, feeding in different environments ... with penguins / hippos ... open to all was very interesting. Spectacular show with eagles. ..gufi..vultures etc ...

The show of birds of prey is very beautiful. They flit in an archaic arena, touching the heads of the spectators. Also there are two beautiful playgrounds for children and adults.

We assume that I took the tickets with Esselunga points. The place is nice but honestly for what it offers the ticket price would have been very high. With the tickets we had access to the zoo and the water areas. To get a beach umbrella and two sunbeds on the Malawi beach cost 18 euros. That is the entrance to a normal pool here in Alexandria. But if you consider 18 euros + 28 per person for the ticket + 3 euros parking it becomes 77 euros for a half day in the pool and to see some animals. In my opinion, a little exaggerated. Each bottle of water 1.30 euros (anywhere costs one euro). Luckily we started with a packed lunch and water (otherwise it took another 20-30 euros minimum). The "meetings" with the animals at fixed times all last, including explanations, 5 minutes, the capacity of the places is a bit small compared to the volume of people. Let's say that if you want to go once for fun it is fine, but at this price I will choose another type of destination.

Nice park, those who take care of the animals talk about it with affection during the explanations to the public. There are two beautiful swimming pools, which should be used during the hottest hours of the day.

In a really distressing week, it seems like an abandoned and unkempt place, zero staff around, little to see, too expensive.

I came in Saturday and got very disappointed, luckily before I left I had a look at the nearest habitat and I was thrilled like a child.
Conclusion: five stars for animals but zero for ethnology.

Very nice zoo, free and well kept animals. Nice place to spend a different day, in contact with nature and "special" animals. A place suitable for families, it fully satisfies the needs of the youngest visitors, but at the same time it is an excellent diversion even for the older ones. Recommended.

The sweetest lemurs, the huge tortoises, see the giraffes ... you spend a day out of this world. At the restaurant you can enjoy a sandwich or sit down for a good lunch. The gift shop is also full of soft toys and cute things. September is even more beautiful and we go back also in October.

It is a beautiful place with many attractions suitable for all ages especially children.
From the outside it looks like a sand castle. The entrance is very spacious, suitable for large crowds but inside the paths are smaller but still liveable. The park is divided into zones with respect to the climate. The pools are gorgeous. The one where the penguins should be seen is the largest with an islet in the middle. Don't do strange things because the bathrooms are very strict. Instead in the pool where you can see the hippos there is a current and it is long and narrow. Overall the place is very nice and well-kept I recommend to see the lemurs.

Well-run, well-kept animal park the experiences you can do are nice for both children and adults.

Alternative to classic zoos. Beautiful pools with glass communicating with penguins and hippos. Interesting explanations of the guides in the appropriate times. Well kept, animals treated very well.

Beautiful park, ample parking, various dining options, indoor pool, souvenir shop.
Numerous animals and various activities.

Past a family Sunday with my son, place recommended for adults and children.

Park well managed and clean, it is not great, you can run in a few hours, unless you get the free attractions, then you can stay there all day! Also supplied by pools! Picnic areas various locations where they sell food, pizzas, fries, fish, salad, etc .... we brought the sandwiches .... fantastic experience with the birds of prey! Exciting not to be missed!

Personally, I felt cheated when I heard that my ticket for two days was valid only for the first (after having come a long way). However if I have to give an opinion on the park it is: exaggerated price, few animals, the interaction with the animals so much sponsored is minimal or non-existent. Finally, everything is accompanied by a system of optional paid services that are far too expensive and that should already be included in the admission ticket.

At least once a year we go there. The ticket may seem expensive, but the place deserves them for work and commitment to maintaining such a fantastic place. Good animal care. Ideal for families and children. I recommend visiting the website before going there. A small safari close to home.

Very beautifull! Too bad for the lack of some "classic" animals like the elephant, the crocodile, the lion, etc. Super recommended if you have children.

For the "fun" part the place is well organized. The pools are beautiful and well-kept. Perhaps the food part should be slightly revised, making it brighter and also cleaner and more organized in the external area of the tables

Very nice place and less commercial than I thought, very beautiful settings, for children it is really a nice experience! Possibility to eat in the various points of sale inside the park or taking lunch in the large picnic areas. Avoid too hot days because the path is entirely in the sun and to visit in less crowded periods.

They charged the entrance to children of a kindergarten who were not able to go for health reasons !!!!!!!!!!!! He had to pay a teacher !!!!!!! .... incredulity !!!!

Cute but overrated. Very expensive and not even a small fountain with running water but only bar.
