The Filed Museum is my jam. I'm a member, which means I get to see like every single thing they have to offfer. I'm a total history nerd, so this museum is like heaven. My favorite exhibit right now is probably the Lascaux Caves exhibit, it's sweet. I also wanna see the bioluminescent one.

A classic! Architecture alone makes this museum worth the visit. Incredible collection of real & alive looking animals, particularly aves. Egyptian exhibit is mysterious & gems exhibit is entrancing. Walking through the chronological history of life on the planet (punctuated by extinctions) is very informative.

It s very big museum. You need at least 5 hours to watch the entire museum. That s most beautiful museums I have ever been to. You can see a real dinosaur skull. I would like to recommend this place to everybody who loves to watch museums.

This place is incredible, so much to do and see. It would take multiple days to see everything there is to see. The dinosaur exhibit is very well done and puts the information in a really easy to consume manner.

You could literally spend all day there looking at stuff. The mummies are very cool and so are the meteors. There s a whole section on the Times a meteor hit cars and houses. Sue the trex is also very cool now that she s back in Chicago. A large portion of the museum is dedicated to taxidermied animals I swear they have every animal to ever exist. The Dinosaur collection is very cool it will surely keep a kid occupied for quite some time.

Beautiful place to visit. But the make people who visit from out of state pat $8, when people from Chicago just have to pay $3. My family and I spent 1:30 minutes in one exhibit, we couldn't find an exit, no matter where we looked; and we had a train to catch 30 minutes later.

Could stay here for days to really look at each exhibit. Unfortunately only had the morning before a flight. Went specifically for the insects exhibit which was so so cool. Really interesting and the bug models were impressive. We also had a chance to check out plants of the world and the jade exhibits before we had to run!

The Field Museum is a lot of fun! The Americas Exhibit is very well designed and not organized by chronology, but rather by societal / thematic groupings. It really tries to make personal connections with the visitors. Dramatic ending on contact!

Nice big museum near Chicago's lakefront on the beautiful museum campus. There is a lot to see and do, but not really for young kids/toddlers. It's more for older kids and adults because it is very educational, with not many exhibits that are hands-on. You can easily spend a whole day there immersed in all that it offers. It's multi-level so there is a lot of ground to cover to see all or most of the exhibits on display.

Best natural history museum ever. Love the way the animals are posed realistically in the displays, and the generous interpretive material. The staff are very helpful to the handicapped. The 3D movie was great as well.
