It's a mid-sized yard, very easy to backup at the docks, friendly staff and the unloading time was quick. The only way to access the warehouse is by the 34th St, so make sure to come from that way and you can't park on the street or stay in the yard after the business hours which are from 8am to 5pm. There is a Walmart and a little truck stop nearby where you can park and sleep.
One hour 40 minutes to get unloaded, the best way to get to the company is to take exit from i55 towards central ave and then turn right into perishing ave then do right on laramie and then right into 34th str truck entrance is on 34th , no overnight parking into company lot , easy to back in into the docks, they are on lunch from 12 pm to 12:45 pm
very fake products.I would rate as zero stars. tried tahini but was very bad taste..not even close to tahini. apparently they spend a lot on the packaging rather than caring about the quality. their covers attract the customer, but absolutely avoid their products
I had a very minor issue with a plain yogurt that I purchased (and have been purchasing for years). I contacted Ziyad brothers through their website and 2 people got back to me within a few hours. They fixed the problem quickly and were very professional and kind. With this kind of customer service, they will continue to succeed.

Ziyad products are the best I only buy Ziyad products, unless there is something I need and they dont carry it. Customer service is outstanding, I had an incident once where I bought something that was out of date from one of the arabic stores, and when I went to return it or exchange it the owner refused telling me that he will lose business, I called Ziyad company and spoke to I believe Waseem was the name, NOT SURE he was the nicest person ever, not only he replaced and doubled what was out of date he even sent me a gift.

I was there on wednesday, & had to witness a manager yelling & saying vulgar things to an employee, I knew he was a manager because I kept hearing him say I am a manager, as he yelled obscenities. So unprofessional. I wont shop there again

I didn;t know how many stars to give you as I didn't buy your product. I started to buy your falafel mix (and was happy to see a veg recipe on the package) but it also had a chicken recipe and it felt like if I got it that it would be subsidzing the promotion of killing chickens.
Zero clue how many potential customers you might be missing out on but the (ethical) vegan movement is growing

Fake products importer...we bought honey with nuts from walmart...outside shows too many nuts inside...such as walnuts, hazelnut, pistachio....inside just peanut...Fake ..Fake..Fake...
I tried Ziyad Tahina, the taste was like tahina mixed with peanut butter.
Another time, I bought indian honey, taste was like melted sugar, when I check the can again, realized that it was imported by the same company.

Amazing selection - many of the products they import and manufacture are regular staples in our kitchen. One of the best things about their foods are that they're frequently better quality than anything in the U.S. because other countries' standards are often much stricter.
