I had a very minor issue with a plain yogurt that I purchased (and have been purchasing for years). I contacted Ziyad brothers through their website and 2 people got back to me within a few hours. They fixed the problem quickly and were very professional and kind. With this kind of customer service, they will continue to succeed.
