Was here for a concert of Mark Knopfler. Great venue! Good sound quality overall. Outside of the large hall it's spacious with plenty of places to order something to eat and drink. Parking was done well, very well organised. Overall a very good experience

Little hidden on the outside, especially if you come by train and have never been there. Better signposting is certainly in order. Inside very large and spacious. Good seats and good view of the stage. Currently there More

Worth repeating.
I do think that there are too many people in the Golden Circle. You paid a lot more for a ticket but was not comformable. Could not dance because of the crowds.

Making my hubby's wish come true was so eager to go to Andre Rieu, he was amazed. Has never been to a concert or something like that in his life. For me the Ziggo Dome is just not my 2nd home come here, good facilities, wide choice of food and drinks a perfect night out. and if you happen to go to a concert in a weekend and you come from far away make a real outing. in the area within walking distance there are enough hotels and also the public transport is within walking distance.

You reserve places but they do not open and you have to sit in another place that they indicate to you, then it turns out that you are in someone else's place you have to move more than 3 times. And then the show is getting there A few people are late and you have to move again while the show is in full swing. And then you have to move immediately while watching an act. And during the show there is also suddenly a technical problem. Conclusion: the organization here is working on nothing.

Was lucky enough to see Tool here after over a decade waiting. Queuing was efficient as expected in the Netherlands. Multiple merch stands in both seating and standing. Friendly staff. We sat in the top tier and still had a great view. Sound was excellent. Only complaint is the token system used for drinks. Can refund the unused ones after the gig but the queues were crazy.

Nice place for concerts! And super sound quality, no reverberation or pain in your ears, which is very good despite the loud music you can also understand each other.

The building's original name was 'Music Dome'. Ziggo, a provider of cable television and telecommunications in the Netherlands, was attracted as a naming sponsor during the preparations for construction in 2009. This was striking as the Ziggo Dome was located in the middle of the catchment area of the other major cable company, UPC. As of April 13, 2015, the UPC brand name ceased to exist, and Ziggo merged with UPC.

Nice location for a small-scale party / festival. The room has excellent acoustics regardless of where you stand. The only drawback to this location is the fact that the dance floor is not very big so you have to look for a place to dance.

Nice spacious location, but after a few minutes in line the coins were up. This was already the two the row I had joined, which I could not pay in cash at the first row. The cash register was closed .... Sloppy if you have a sold out concert, in my opinion. There are vending machines where coins could be obtained, so in the end I did that.
Staff is friendly, supply of food and drink is good. Prices are high

Presentation great, ziggoDome itself kindONfriendly!

Yesterday Walking with Dinosaurs seen with 3 children, in addition to the expensive outdated system with coins, only bottles without cap and cups are allowed inside. And no straws (unless you get orange juice at LaPlace, you can do it again ?!)
We understand that it is such a work at concerts, but such an event with many children should be more flexible. Little hands do not keep a cup or bottle for as long, And do not drink too quickly.

Our advice: bring your own straws (in large numbers, maybe as a protest?) Because bottles and cups are also not allowed (and spout cups? We have not asked for it anymore)

This is not a concert with beer-throwing youngsters, but a performance for / with families with young children. Be customer friendly, for the price you ask and the other money beating !!

Good venue, poor drinks policy (why should they force people to buy a 15 'voucher', when they only want one drink? Encouraging greater alcohol consumption? Discriminating against people who come to an event on their own? Not cool.
