Great location to visit pop concerts, more than enough parking space and centrally located with regard to the highways around Amsterdam. Through many entrances you enter quickly and you are led through the signs to the right ring. It is also very pleasant that there is sufficient toilet facilities.
The show that we visited was Muse. Perfect sound and light throughout the entire room!

Great place to be for concerts. Enough bathrooms, that are easy to access. Good bar, prices can be a bit expensive but that is to be expected. Parking space is good, can get really crowded when an event is taking place.

Nice location, everything well arranged (lots of friendly staff on hand to help you) and easily accessible (train + walk or by car through large parking area with again a lot of deployed staff for directions). Food and drink are on the pricey side, but after all you are also a day away!

Fine modern concert hall with generally excellent sound.

Separate entrances hall / tribune works pleasantly. In rain, however, a row in front of the entrance is not pleasant, there is zero shelter.

Routing fine, toilets could have been more, especially if there are many women present.

The biggest annoyance, however, is that, in 2018, people still work with those debilitating coins (including the expiration date). Get rid of it! Consumptions are expensive, just pay cashless with your chip (look at Best Kept Secret).

Good concert venue, but points deducted for abysmal planning when letting the queue in. Don't know how they can expect someone in a wheelchair to get through the mosh pit that they turned the doors into opening 5 or 6 queues at once.

Wheelchair broke that day and if the rider hadn't been able to get out of it at the door, there would have been injuries worse than my bumps and bruises from trying to manuevre the wheelchair out of the crowd.

Great venue. Really efficient and friendly staff to get in and plenty of lockers and free cloak room for when it's cold. Inside is lovely and the sound and view of the stage is fine from all angles. Bar service is average and feels like it could be a little more efficient, but waits aren't crazy.

Sound is just what the roadies make of it, can be good or resonate very weird. Accessibility is fine, interior layout is good. Really expensive drinks and an insane coin system. Order at least 15 in coins, while you always have coins at the minimum. If this were arranged a bit normally, the Ziggo Dome would be much more pleasant and the Netherlands would finally have a decent concert hall.

Went here last year for a concert by The Backstreet Boys, everything was well organized .. Beautiful hall and beautiful building inside to see, food and drinks well arranged all .. Free toilets as it should be .., the coins that you had left after your purchase you could just keep .. The public transport within walking distance nearby. Recommended!

Top pop temple! Everything seems to have been thought of for the visitor. Enough parking, good traffic flow in the building itself, capacity of toilets and food & drinks is fine. Acoustics seems pretty good (not a connoisseur) and staff look professional and friendly. Had a wonderful night out.

We were at the Christmas show of the zip code lottery and the show was fun only we did not have any places because the spotlight on our spot (lighting) was eventually resolved by being sent to vip places. Only to get there from the cupboard sent to the wall.

Yesterday to MentalTheo & CharlieLownoise. ZiggoDome has good music qualities. Attended several concerts and always saw a nice show. Easy to reach by public transport or car. Enough bars and toilets so never wait long. Only the ashtrays are quickly filled in the smoking room, making it one dirty mountain of smoldering cigarette butts.

Open WiFi is super fast, especially if your smartphone supports 5GHz (iPhone5, Samsung S3)
Wardrobe is way too slow.
Lockers are a nice find, but there are far too few of them

Beautiful modern infrastructure. Nevertheless, the access is not easy, we turned several times around the site (and the city ...) to find the entrance of the car park; the passage of commercials before the concert on the giant screens (now even when we go to a concert we still have to type some ads before ???) no thanks and their token system to buy food or drink is rather restrictive and obviously we always finish the evening with a token in pocket = money lost.
