Saw Jeff lynne's ELO there, loved it. Although someone on the technical team on the website majorly screwed up. When you label one side as "stage" you would assume that's where the stage would be... So I went in thinking my seat was very close to the stage as I selected. Only to find out it was all reversed and I was the distance from the back I thought I'd be from the stage. What a a huge disappointment since I stayed up all night to get my seats! That was unacceptable.

It would be nice if you could drink a little longer after the concert.

A beautiful structure, imposing and modern, created to accommodate musical events. Excellent acoustic comfortable chairs.

Convenient transportation, there are also large shopping malls nearby

Nice room. Nice sound. Good facilities also for people in a wheelchair. Staff may sometimes be clearer and friendlier

It always keeps surprising me how Ziggo Dome receives its guests. The people of Crowdsupport were so polite at the door to help guests wherever possible that there was one that covered blanket in the wheelchair because of the cold

Good venue, good sound quality and nice atmosphere. It is remarkable how efficient everything is, you don't spend much time queueing.
I didn't like the price of drinks and food (there is plenty of choice though), and the fact that we were sent out of the main hall towards the entrance only 15 minutes after the last note played...

Nice show. Signage outside is clear, lots of parking, inside is also clearly indicated where you have to be.
On the second ring it is quieter (catering, toilet).

great venue with best acoustics. Its for 17k people but still feels cosy. Even one 2nd ring you still feel in the concerts. Very costly drinks and food with very annoying chip systems where you must buy at least 15 value of chips (1 =3 ) and you cannot return them if you dont use.

I've never attended such a professional establishment. From the way they have you purchase food and drinks, to crowd management to bathroom and facility maintenance this place is top notch. Which we had the event planners the Ziggo Dome has in the USA. Thanks for making the night enjoyable! Sound and lighting system for concert was also very top notch. The venue is also capable to providing excellent WiFi for all guests, and the show I attended was capable of live streaming in 4k overseas with less than a 15 second delay. Amazing!

You must purchase a minimum of 15 euros in vouchers. Horeca on the expensive side. Nice room.Good acoustics.

The place has good acoustics so it perfectly fulfills its role. It would be 5 stars if not for the cost of tokens, for which later you can buy food and drinks.

And beautiful hall for the best concerts. Flow went smoothly, so found my place, at the bar it went smoothly. All in all a nice finish.

Been to the gabbers, very nice. Due to the crowds it was difficult to get food and drinks during the break.

The Ziggo Dome can easily be reached and there are some shops and restaurants around. It's far away from the center though. Right before the beginning of the concert there can be long lines to get the tokens that are needed for food and drinks. These are also very expensive. The sound at the back of the floor area was not very good, but if you stand more in the center it's very nice.

Can't beat any other music hall in the Netherlands, everything is great, sound, logistics, ambiance, hospitality.

I was there early and had to wait for Trevor Noah's show, which started on time. Place is well organized.

I was there at U2 last year. Halle was great, everything was easy to reach, sound was just as good.

Looks dope to go inside and experience the venue.
The interiors of the hall was not as per my expectations. Must be because of the organizers who arranged the concert with respect to the stage setup

Very good concert hall with sublime sound. Outdoor decoration may also be a plus. Clear, good seats and good staff.

Great logistics in the Ziggo Dome. Never seen so many people outside so quickly and flawlessly.

Good sound. Despite the size, still cozy. Drink and eat well.
Prices of refreshments are on the high side. I find coins less. Why not just everything with a pin like in the Arena?

Music festival of the year 2018 visited. I was in the 2nd ring. Sight and sound are excellent. We could go upstairs with escalators. Large bar present enough toilets with lights indicated or toilet free is very convenient. Within walking distance of the train. Perfect evening. Next to the entrance safe where 2.50 fits your jacket and bag. Buy coins at the entrance for drinks. You can return other coins afterwards. We bought candy for the way back. Definitely go back again. The best places are in the first ring

We were here to see Ajax Valencia. The disappointment comes from having bought the tickets for the game and discovering that you are in the concert hall instead.

Great venue, but the token system for buying drinks feels really abusive

Been to Rod Stewart on May 12, 2019. Very good concert.
Ziggo Dome is a beautiful modern room with all good facilities that I will not mention one by one.
But then the prices, we lost 15 euros for three coffee and a beer and then it is coffee in a cup and a small beer in a plastic glass. Paying in plastic coins, but also clumsy nagging in the time of the debit card.
With the concert of Rod Stewart we were in the auditorium in row 32, box F. You pay a fortune to be able to sit there, you see the stage with difficulty. In such a case, the floor should rise slightly backwards, just like in a real theater or cinema. Will they also stand in front of you, will you stand, see nothing or insufficient.
Fortunately, you see the stage magnified on film screens or screens. Nice, but then I can play the DVD or something similar at home, I am even better.
To be more customer-friendly, something should be found on this.

Impressive if u have a good seat. Last time I went to see Cher, I literally landed do far on the side that I managed to get a glimpse of the concert from the back. It's a joke that such bad seats are sold at almost 90euro. It was like a fake backstage pass.

Good facilities and eating and drinking facilities. Too bad you can only pay with Ziggo coins. Bring coins for the chores, avoid standing in line at the wardrobe afterwards. Good parking facilities. Check in advance if there are also events in the Arena or Afas Live. This affects the parking offer.

The whole pleace is just super, the employes was kind and the party's are amazing there.

Been to Maluma, top arranged all! Drinking alone is quite expensive
