Been to a concert with fixed places. Rows were quickly shorter, also with the coats. Going out just as relaxed.

Lots of parking space around the building and a very nice room

Very nice venue, however you're required to purchase tokens which can then be exchanged at the bar / food stalls, which inevitably means you have tokens left over at the end of the night. You could also only purchase tokens in quantities of 4.5 as a minimum, when a pint of Heineken is 2 tokens, which would leave you with .5 tokens left after buying 2 pints. A clear and frustrating money making scheme for the venue, taking advantage of the customers situation.

Good acoustics, car park via walkway doable. Plenty of coin machines and bars. And saw a fantastic concert, but Ziggo has nothing to do with that.

Akoustiek is great. Eating and drinking is very expensive. Paying with coins is a hassle.

The facilities at Ziggo dome are well arranged; enough toilets, lockers, etc. Although you have to pay everything with coins, you can return the remaining coins at the end of the evening.

The sound is great and it's easy to find your way around. I love coming here for music

That I can not bring in any drinks, but make sure that I can do it in a safe or get back in a different way after the performance. Corporate social responsibility is not about throwing people full bottles in the trash can.

Went to a great Harry Styles concert! The sound was very good. We were 2 rows from the top and it was a nice view. You could not see faces but was not very much. A downside was that from our profession there were boxes directly in front of the screen and we could hardly see his face at all. There is a La Place eatery and plenty of other tasty snacks.

If you are going to a top of the line concert this is the place to be.
The drinks are of course expensive but they don't cost more than they should. There are enough sanitary facilities to take a leak whenever you want to. And tje sound, lighting and pyromanics are just amazing

Easy to reach, well indicated, large parkings. Food & drinks very reasonably priced. Perfect for events.

Good sound, but not the best. Convenient and fast wardrobe. There is a left-luggage office" of clothes for 2 euros.

Symphonica in Rosso with Simply Red. Super performance at super location. Highest place, but not noticed (anymore) during performance. Good guidance when leaving the parking garage.

It had been 5 stars, if the parking had not been so expensive and the lockers not every time you have to grab something, you get 2 euros! The Ziggo itself is fantastic. Fine room and sound!

Great for large events and easy to reach by public transport. Good seats and oiled handling of large groups of visitors!

Enjoyed the show. Ziggo Dome is good. Enough places to store your luggage/ jacket. Long waiting line for toilets.

Beautiful indoor event area. Good sound and more than enough people can enjoy the events. You can buy coins from devices. And you can lose your has at the wardrobe. You can also rent a square safe for 2 euros. You have lost that

Super location, clear, pricey but well organized ... I'll be back

Stupid design of location. 1 toilet facility for thousands of people is not OK. What a stupid design. There was an endless line to get in the toilet, a line to get out of the toilet. You would expect that Ziggo Dome was designed for large numbers of people, but apparently no one could have thought of spreading toilets all over the ring to better regulate the flow of people.

Not suited for music concerts. Maybe on the ground floor is fine but on the other floors where the seats are it is horrible. The inclination of the rows of seats is such that it is dangerous. I am not afraid of heights but I actually felt vertigo. This is because during music concerts people want to dance so they stand up and then it becomes easy to fall, especially when people have been drinking.

Also, the VIP club tickets are absolutely not worth the price. The only thing that makes those worthwhile is if all normal tickets are sold out and you absolutely are willing to pay anything to get a ticket.

Beautiful but many places where you can see little.

We book tickets that on the map had a good angle (much before the beginning of the stage) and at the end we were on the side. We could see even behind the scene. Ridicolous!

I go often to the Ziggo Dome for concerts and I've never had a bad experience. It's a really big concert hall so if you're looking for tickets in the Ziggo Dome and you want to see your idol up close, I can recommend golden cirkel places.

Well organised venue. Everything you need or want you will find. It has an easy layout, and plenty of facilities.

Everything is good for each other, good staff and nice staff.

Again a beautiful show by Andre Rieu. The ziggo dome itself is fun and well provided but pricey with the refreshments. Furthermore, a nice experience.

For the first time in my life you can go with my wife my daughter with support seats were terribly too little space you can put people in the back for you long and that for 60 per person disgraceful

Great what a voice. Goosebumps.

Unbelievably rude employees to the point that 8 people just simply left the concert due to disrespect and racism we saw from the staff ... this is unbelievable for Netherlands!!!!!

The sound is never OK. It is hard to get it alright on a big box. Good parking, easy access, good cloakroom and lockers.. It is a functional space

Nice concert hall. The sound is good. Podium is easy to see from every seat.

Nice big location. Only the lockers work on 2, - coins, which you just have to have with you. Otherwise you stand in the queue for change for a long time.

It's.. Very impersonal. The "bottles with caps" rule annoyed me the most, because it meant that I had to keep holding my bottle, and it was nearly impossible not to spill anything.

Sound on the 2nd floor, next to the stage was pretty damn bad. And at the end of the show, everyone was immediately moved out of the building with what can only be described as riot police tactics.

The one redeeming quality of the night had little to do with the venue: the band was great.

Drinks and food are horribly expensive here! And in between concerts they only walk around with beer and not with soda / wine or the like.

One of the best concert halls in the Netherlands.

Very hot always during hardstyle parties. And prices of water and beer are sometimes really ridiculous. A nice location and nice and close.

It's understandable that visibility from upper stand is less but in ziggo dome one could see the ceiling at eye level! I think the screen is also replaced during a recent renovation,which is very unpleasant concert experience. I used to like ziggo dome for music. But I do not enjoy going there anymore. Hope the management makes changes to make it right...

Nice performance (Gabbers), easy to follow also from the top ring. Building is a bit chilly, infrastructure is also not entirely logical. Long queue during breaks, because everyone (food, toilet) has to follow the same narrow route.

Great accommodation for concerts. Easily accessible and facilities also perfect. Seats a bit narrow, but yes, you are not there to sit luxury.

Great hall, top sound. But of course also 1 of the most expensive.

Very well arranged entrance. Many staff everywhere, minimum waiting time !! Wardrobe, lockers and enough toilets.

Second concert I visit here. And so far fantastic sound! Metallica was awesome! I really liked the layout with a podium in the middle. This way everyone in the room can be quite close to his or her heroes. Previous concert (system of a down) I sat in the stands and from there you can also see the stage well and the sound is perfect.

Good concert hall with great acoustics. Seen a lot of great shows there. Refreshments are a bit pricy though.

Super company, very friendly and helpful even during peak hours definitely come back
