Had a wonderful concert experience with The Eagles.
Pretty clear and easy to find

Nice concert just a bit unfortunate that you will be robbed of your bag by the porters after the concert. Previously it is said that we leave it in a heap, have thrown everything in the trash and really a lot there was simply no more in the trash bins and it is also said ohw there you come again but grab it .. Anyway outside lockers were no longer available so there was no other option than leaving it at the door, throw it in a lot outside never experienced anything like that !!!!

Perfect, n in the end can also easily sell your coins you had left over.

Clear entrance and clear layout of the building. I've been here many times, the acoustics are fantastic and will not let you down.

Great Venue, extremely organized. Moving in and out was fast and there were short lines to buy food and drinks. The only issue with the place is an annoying token system to buy food and drinks.

One of the best pop temples in the Netherlands. The floor can vibrate in its entirety with the bass

I think ziggo dome is great because I got a panic attack when the show started and the medical help helped well. Unfortunately no oxapam nor lorazepam in stock. Improvement point! Furthermore, very friendly and cordial and managed to calm me down. Go ziggo go! Warm greetings, it was a party.

We had a great show of Kensington. Consumption prices are only bizarre high, but of course you expect that a bit.

Been for the first time for a cabaret show. Beautiful room, beautiful sound. Well laughed.

The concert was great, but the customer service was terrible!
We had to leave our bags at the front of the ziggo dome, with the intention of getting it back at the end of the concert, coming to find out they threw everyones bags away! In the garbage with the food! They laughed about it and said oh well.
Never recieved my bag back along with many girls and women. This is terrible and if I could give it 0 stars I would. It ruined my whole experinxe.

They have lockers, nice restrooms, food and drinks (token system). It s not that big of a place.

Downside: when it s cold outside, it s brutal waiting outside for doors to open. Also, sometimes you can feel the wind from outside blow into the dome.

One of the best venues I know!! Evertyime entrance etc works perfectly smooth. Modern amazing building too

Great concert hall! Spacious and clean. What is disappointing is that in the parking garage there are no charging points for electric cars!

A large concert hall with excellent acoustics. Much better than the JC ArenA. Avoid the top 4 rows because then you are facing the trusses.
Lockers for coats and bags ( 2) and plenty of places to eat and drink. Tokens are valid for one year, what you have left you can return and get your money back.

Went there for a pearl jam concert. I love how everything is so well organized.

To buy food and drinks inside you need to purchase tokens at the machine. Beers / wines cost 1.5 tokens, soft drinks 1 token. Not sure about food I did not order any.

Everyone raves about the sound. I was happy with earplugs because it certainly comes in well. Not experiencing a feeling of crowds, that's nice. Spacious place and comfortable leather feel chairs. Ample toilet options. Walking to p2 is good if you are fine. You have to cross a walkway. Close to a choice of hip or simple food. You buy drinks with coins. Beer 35 CL for 1.5 coins. One coin is 3 euros. Fresh is 1 coin. Bah cola from post mix. Smooth running machine. Bags unroll at the entrance, so please cooperate.

The venue is huge and the acoustic is great. The truth is that it is a perfect place to go to a concert. Even the bathrooms are gigantic! In addition, everything is marked in Dutch for locals and English for tourists.

We were the 15th at the Song Festival, section 202, but this one was closed, referred to section 102, which was also closed. Waited until after the festival, but no information from ziggodome employees. After 8 hours an arrogant employee came who was not really helpful. Conclusion I just wanted a place, very bad communication from the ziggodome.

Amateuristic. They would like to catch money for a children's show, but the Ziggo Dome is not suitable for that. Chairs are positioned so that children need a booster seat to see anything behind an adult. Asked in advance whether these are present, but that is not the case. Do not even take a booster seat with you. It was suggested to take a pillow and see if it was allowed. So then a grade higher in front so that at least nobody would be. A bad choice. The warnings announced in advance that no food or anything should be taken away did not make any sense since our bag (A4, less than 10cm thick, entirely according to the rules) was not checked at all. Arriving at our seats, it soon became clear that the sight for my 5-year-old daughter was completely blocked by bars, fences and railings. A booster seat here had been little. Luckily I could put her in front of my lap and with my feet on the lattice push something up so she could just look over it. She loved the (in my eyes sleep-inducing) dino show. However, I still have pain in my back from the weird posture to let her see. The fact that the dome is not suitable for children turned out when the children in a grade lower on the chairs were going to look over the adults, making the view even more blocked. It was very sad when all the little children's bladders had to go to the toilet. Obviously far too few toilets. And one of the three washbasins was blocked, so everyone had to wait for it. Taking a photo for a blue / green screen with a dino background was 15 euros which was the only thing that did not have to do with the annoying ziggo currency. Parking for 25 euros was pricey but very nice so close with grandmother and toddler, driving out obviously took a long time with only one exit. All in all. Scandalous that they think the Ziggo Dome is suitable for children. It is easy to do for adults.

Good use of space, easy to get large crowds in and out quickly. Sound system was ok for stand up comedy (I saw Louis Ck). Heard from a friend that acoustics are great for music concerts. Food was standard stadium fare--was hoping for better food options like sushi or salads. Saw people with beer, didn't try the selection.

Never standing in a long line, good sound in the room. I have experienced many events here, never had a bad experience.

Not normal, 15 euros in coins and then 1 flattened cola and two beers. Unfortunately.

Super beautiful. But drinks are above average so I wouldn't spend too much on that.

Nice location but shockingly prices and the use of coins is not outdated. Contactless payment is to me a great alternative.
