Wow! Comfy seats, friendly staff and a truly epic experience. A big venue with a great stage and even though the lighting, sound etc. has a lot to do with the band, it won t be good if the venue isn t and the lighting, sound and show were spectacular. Great venue! Looking forward to my next show :)

Film music evening was bold! The prices of the Dome are ridiculously high and the way to pin coins forces you to spend a lot of money. Just fill a bottle of water in the toilet and tactically hide the cap in the pocket at the entrance.

Super nice sound. Big but not too big. Atmosphere very nice. Plenty of food and drink everywhere, although this is very expensive, but that is to be expected when you go to a concert.

I was here for BTS concert and evrything was really amazing! The acoustics there is amazing! I was thinking that row 203 is far away from stage but everything is visable. I'n glad I was able to be a part of this beautiful time.

Here for a summit. Nice venue. Staff very helpful and attentive. Plenty of space for the 2,000 of us in attendance.

Easy to get to with Train, metro or bus options to get you to the venue.

Good concert hall with excellent accessibility. Parking garage located next to the Ziggodome and also easily accessible by public transport. A star deduction because of the facilities / information for the disabled. I myself am in a wheelchair and the disabled toilet was still not locked from the inside. For the third time (in a year and a half!) I said something about it. I was also told that there was a miva toilet on the first floor, but that turned out not to be the case. Fortunately there is a lift. For the rest, enjoyed good concerts here several times.

Fine concert hall. 1 minus point: do not sit on top of the 2nd ring, because you get a cold from the ice cold airstream that blows down your neck. People are wrapped around the neck with ties and coats. Furthermore, of course fine!

The Ziggo Dome is a great place to go to a concert. We went to a Katy Perry concert. You don't have to wait long to get in. The Ziggo Dome looks well cared for. The coin and drink system is very useful.

Amazing place to visit a concert! I went here for Jonas Brothers and the experience was awesome! The sound quality and the acoustics were great as well. Can't wait for Billie Eilish in July!

I've visited this place multiple times and it was kinda okay every time. When you're up close to the podium, the ambience is decent, but as soon as you get further out, you feel a bit disconnected from the podium due to the layout of the seats. If possible, I would certainly recommend against buying tickets for the upper ring.

The service of the Ziggo Dome is decent, although I don't like the plastic coin token system they use as payment for drinks. With the current transaction speed of debit cards, it should be very doable to allow payment for drink with cards at the bar, although I guess they just hope that you buy too many tokens and never return them. Oh, and there can be quite the lineup before the token dispensing machines at ground level before the start of a show, but there's usually less of lineup one or two levels up.

My last visit was less of a success. As they had tightened security, there was a very long line before the entrance. This meant that although we were seated in time for the start of the show, some only made it in during the first or second song of the concert. The slow but steady trickle of those who were held up was very distracting. Since you do pay premium for this venue I do expect them to think about and take care of logistics. It would've been much better if they had just opened the doors half an hour earlier (at the time that was actually printed on the tickets).

The seats are quite comfortable and most are in full view of the stage, and large screens if you can't see the stage...the sound in the hall is a 5/5 and last but certainly not least, it's easily accessible from the train stations which makes it an easy commute.

Poorly accessible, bad sound, bad seats.

Poorly accessible, bad sound, bad seats.
This large bathtub is weirdly set up and already no longer meets the standards. And then those hospitality prices.
Bar staff is as slow as ... we only had a 20 minute break.
Audience constantly walks during the concert.
Concert (World of Hans Zimmer) was fortunately good but Ziggodome was not the right place for this.
It really can be different guys.

Sound terrible, slightly incredibly bad! A lot of people with their mobile phones and entire iPads in front of you who are filming the concert so that you can still watch screens. Terrible! Unfortunately I had to endure this horror 10 times, but now I'm really done with it. I never want to go here again!

Similar to most large event venues such as Ahoy in Rotterdam. Accoustics are alright, better than at Ahoy. Seats on the balconies have a bit better views as the stage is quite tall, making it hard to see from the main floor seats. The thing that ruins the experience are is the coin system for drinks. The minimum one can buy is 4.5 coins for 15eur. It's really designed to rip you off, not so much for the drink price but by leaving you stuck with coins. Will avoid the place unless I cannot see the artist anywhere else.

Great accommodation with excellent acoustics and good seats.
Very very friendly and helpful people from security to catering.
Take into account long queues at well attended and sold out concerts.
Do not take unnecessary items with you to help security and encourage smooth passage.
