Absolutely incompetent in my opinion, insolent and inconsiderate. I wanted to pick up a patient, we asked beforehand whether she could go straight away. I went there for 45 minutes on my lunch break. When I arrived I was told I had to wait 1.5 hours because a letter had to be written. ??? 1.5 hours for a letter? When I asked why they couldn't send it to me by post (I pay the postage) I got no answer. What is this behavior about? Doctors' power games? Do they belong on the other side in the patient area?
