The house was not cleaned properly. I collected a canister of dust with my Dyson see-through vacuum cleaner following Zerorez's services. The company offered a re-service, which was ludicrous given that I have already cleaned everything. The company brands itself as baby-friendly so they should know that parents will check every job done in the house for the safety of their small children, which we did. As parents of a crawling baby, we couldn't and wouldn't wait for a re-service. The carpet still had paint specks and dog hair from previous owners. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Zach did a great job. He called and asked if he could show up early which I very much appreciated! Saved my day! He quickly inspected, made sure he asked about my expectations and budget, and made sure my expectations were reasonable. He offered his experienced insights and we negotiated as we went along to get the job I needed done well and for the right price. We had heavy animal Illness staining and it all came out. While not cheap, as we went for additional fabric protection, for what we got cleaned, it was well worth it. He was personable and professional. Additionally, it s very important for me to not be wasteful and just buy a new rug. So making it worth it to bring my rugs back to their earlier days feels good, especially when using an environmentally friendly service. A coworker recommended them as she too was happy with their services. Support this business!

We got so lucky with Tanner. He was such a nice, professional, and fun guy. It s because of him that we will use your company for future cleanings and will tell anyone and everyone we know to choose you for their carpet cleaning needs. We were planning on just buying new carpet but Tanner did such a good job we didn t need to. Thanks so much.
