The house was not cleaned properly. I collected a canister of dust with my Dyson see-through vacuum cleaner following Zerorez's services. The company offered a re-service, which was ludicrous given that I have already cleaned everything. The company brands itself as baby-friendly so they should know that parents will check every job done in the house for the safety of their small children, which we did. As parents of a crawling baby, we couldn't and wouldn't wait for a re-service. The carpet still had paint specks and dog hair from previous owners. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
