Zach did a great job. He called and asked if he could show up early which I very much appreciated! Saved my day! He quickly inspected, made sure he asked about my expectations and budget, and made sure my expectations were reasonable. He offered his experienced insights and we negotiated as we went along to get the job I needed done well and for the right price. We had heavy animal Illness staining and it all came out. While not cheap, as we went for additional fabric protection, for what we got cleaned, it was well worth it. He was personable and professional. Additionally, it s very important for me to not be wasteful and just buy a new rug. So making it worth it to bring my rugs back to their earlier days feels good, especially when using an environmentally friendly service.
