At a request of Zero I sent them cases to be copied. They didn't want drawings. Made me pay for shipping them to Zero for a quote. Took them several weeks to do my quote. The cost was much higher and less times much longer over the Storm Cases we use now.

Upon asking why they were so expensive they told me the cases were made in Italy. Not sure how you can be a manufacture of cases, but import cases. They told me because I sent the sample I had to pay to have my cases sent back to me. I was prettt insulted since they had the cases for several weeks at their request and couldn't have just shipped them back. They got the wrong Fedex case by mistake, but it still took them over a week to get them back to us.

If you're looking for a quality company that uses Storm Cases (equivalent of a Zero case) use Americase located in Texas. They cut all their own foam and don't claim to be a manufacture when they really aren't.

probably one of the worst experiences ive had with a company in this decade. Allway late with product, probably because they put higher value jobs ahead of yours.
poor quality. dont be supersized if you have to have multiple reworks.
probably because of the high percentage of cheep low IQ baboons they hire.

Had to go here for a warranty repair years ago. It's where I was instructed to go, but everyone was really confused why I was there. I'm assuming walk-ins are not common. Good Product.

I ve had nothing but a great experience working here. If you come in, work hard and show initiative, you can move up quickly here. Most of the people that complain in the reviews are looking to be moved up without doing the work. Sorry, that s not how it works. You probably spent all your time complaining with the other complainers. LOL

Awful management, they treat their employees very unfair. WARNING: DO NOT WORK HERE.
