I didn't realize so many people were having trouble getting their orders on time until AFTER ordering my packages, so I was really worried I would have to wait months (worst case not even receive the package) to get the items I was so eager to buy and wear. It was a bit stressful, but I received BOTH of my orders (one came a few business days after the other) that included about 10 items total and I can say that I am satisfied with every single piece of clothing that I received. (The "Smile 4 Me" yellow hoodie isn't the same yellow as in the pics - probably due to a fabric shortage or something, but it still is dope and every other piece looked exactly how they were advertised on the site) I do feel bad for the people who haven't received their items yet, but I do believe that Phora's team is working as hard as they can to fulfill each order. The designs are amazing and I love what the brand represents. If you are ordering because you truly like the clothes and have the patience to wait, it will definitely be worth it. I am in Florida in case you are wondering about how close I was to the company in terms of their shipping parameters.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Bought a hoodie from them back in November of 2020. It never shipped so a month after, I put in a support ticket and they just said that everything was delayed because of COVID, which I understand so I figured id just give it a little bit of time. I never heard back from the support team so I put in 2 more tickets over the next couple months and was ignored. Finally i tried to put in another ticket 5 months after I had originally ordered the hoodie, and got a response this July (9 months after order was placed) stating that it just never shipped, and they offered to ship it which I agreed to. A month goes by, and I don't hear anything until August 7th they offered me "in store credit" but I don't want to buy anything else because who knows if ill even get it. I've listened to Phora for years, and have loved every project that he has put out. I wanted to get some merch that displays his message but apparently that is next to impossible.
I'M SO DISAPPOINTED! THIS STORE IS NOT OPENED! I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND FIGURED BUSY OR MAYBE A LUNCH BREAK. NO!! THIS STORE IS NOT YOURS TRULY! I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM TEXAS TO COME VISIT THE STORE AND BUY CLOTHES. THIS IS WRONG AND PHORA SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! IT'S SAYS OPENED ON GOOGLE! HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO YOUR OWN FANS!
all excited ordered a couple stuff for my birthday. items arrived in not so good condition. contacted customer service never received a reply.
This store never replay to emails, phone calls or Instagram messages My order is taking to long, they get my money and I don t have yet a tracking number to know when will arrive if arrive at all!!!! Truly not recommend buying here sad that the clothes are super nice and the costumer service super bad
I ordered 1 pair of butterfly rhinestone sweatpants over a month ago and I still haven t gotten any confirmation email let alone an email saying they have been shipped but yet they are taking money out of my account! Now I m demanding my money to be refunded as I no longer want the product let alone I don t want to support a business that is scamming people for money. This is WRONG and this company needs to be reported! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ve ordered a few time and every time the order got later and later. I put an order in on Black Friday in November and have yet to receive an email back or get my order fulfilled.. I tried to reach out and get a ETA/ refund and no reply. I spent over $200 for a Christmas gift that never came for my daughter. Then they charge for insurance lol I will not be ever ordering from this site again. Done lost a supporter. Beware... straight took $200 from a fan.
Update! Received my order January 7th only after requesting for a full refund. Pretty funny, the hoodies are cheap and after wearing one the seam on the side of the Hoodie came apart. I would never buy anything from them again. I placed an order November 27th and still have my order is unfulfilled as of today December 19th. I have family members that order 2 weeks ago and I received those gifts for my son. But what I ordered my son for Christmas still hasn't been shipped. I've emailed them multiple times and I get the same old excuse. Due to covid we're not open full time bla bla BS. IF they can't fulfill their orders why take the orders. This is the worst website to buy from. I will never order form here again.
I put in 2 orders in 2020. The first order no complaints. So I did another order. Items never shipped. Took 7 months, numerous emails and a BBB report. The "couldn't" refund my money, but gave store credit. I put in another order and they couldn't get that right. It's been 3 months and I'm still missing my one hoodie from the order of 5 items. I reach out and either get ignored or the same reply, the order has been fulfilled, give them 3 weeks for tracking.
