Only the finest woodwork, metalwork, and monumental stairs come out of this firm. Their world class artisans take the time to ensure flawless execution on multimillion dollar jobs, and their office staff is nothing but friendly and extremely professional. If you re in the market, Zepsa Industries is the best there is for everything from traditional residential to high end and modern commercial work.
I especially liked their Russian, very professional guy.
World class customer service, and wood working like no other. 10/10 would recommend!
This review is based on a $1.7 million contract awarded to Zepsa. From the very beginning they schemed. Unfortunately I must refrain from giving facts at this time as we are in litigation. Any review here that's positive must be an employee or fake.
Reception was very rude. I believe how you treat anyone even sales people to be the indicator on how you do business.
Zepsa Industries is hands-down the industry standard for architectural woodwork and metals. I toured their 80,000 sqft shop and I was speechless. While it was incredibly impressive to see the intricate carvings and details their craftsmen were able to produce, what impressed me the most was their 5 story stair tower that they use to build full size stairs. That s right, all of their stairs are built to size at their shop and then transported and seamlessly installed at their end destination, rather than others who build stairs one floor at a time and hope they fit together. The metal department was also incredible fine cabinetry, custom knobs, and even the metal underlay for large stairs are built right in house. When you see the work in-progress and the finished product in person you re momentarily transported to a time where quality isn t overlooked for expediency, and where a higher cost is truly seen in the product and not the owners pocket.
