Their technician left my coffee machine leaking, not just once, but two times. They came back to finally fix the problem and it took them over 2 months to come back to reinstall the machine after the repairs were made because they were busy and the other technician they flew in from Los Angeles. I can live with that as it s a high end machine and it requires knowledge of the machine. But when they told me to file a claim through their insurance; their insurance completely denied responsibility.
I emailed ownership and management and at first they were sympathetic and told me to let the insurance handle it which makes sense then when I got denied I emailed them to make things right and low and behold - no response. My insurance did a horrible job writing up the subrogation. They did not even do a thorough investigation. No thanks to Safeco Insurance.
The leak caused my floors to warp and my cabinet to warp. Their owners won t even own up to their technician s fault and now they have me resorting to legal action.
To screw me like this is unconscionable and unbelievable! I thought I was dealing with a reputable and honest company. Even their technicians apologized and I have texts to prove it. So be careful!
I never thought this company would do this to me. There are other places you can get high end appliances with better customer service like Friedmans Appliance. I wished I spent my $40k with Friedmans Appliance instead.

We are in a brand new condo with all Bertazzoni appliances. We've had a few problems BUT all corrected. Norma, Tech Support, couldn't have been more attentive and helpful to expedite any and all fixes. P/M provided a cooking class to teach/learn the best and most efficient way to use any of their several models of ranges. Larry, a service person, was too wonderful. Pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly loves Berta products. Answered numerous questions and before leaving our home gave me his favorite chicken recipe. What a guy, what a company. Thank you.
