A residential area outside of city area.. but well connected roads.. lots of greenery..

A feel which you can get it when you will be there.

Its a developing area with 45 floors of ,Total Environment Project ,and 320 feet phereperial ring road coming , one of the best project s in Bangalore and in bbmp B katha properties

This place is for the people who just want to relax and enjoy, far from city pollution. It's a peaceful place with no traffic noise just birds chirping, so just kick back and relax.

Little inside, but huge area with lot of vacant plots. Trees are abundant there

Not that great. They call it gated community but doesn't seem to be.

Most of this layout comes under BBMP, some part of it is under Panchayat limits.

Pros: Layout is full of trees. Very peaceful locality, Gated Community.
Cons: Little inside from Outer Ring Road (5+ kms).

Its awsome greenery township but near by facilities are very little for family need. Definite resedential place for peace and green lovers. Though some people are living still you will feel aloof. It may takes few years to fully connected. I am looking for cornor plot in the first 10 crosses if any buyer willing to resale

The township is nested far from humdrum of busy city life, still has all amenities necessary for relaxed living. It is a cosy little township full of retired (especially military veterans) people who made Bengaluru their home after coming from different parts of India.

Lush, beautiful layout, very much near to few upcoming premium housing projects.

Connectivity is a issue and surrounding is sub urban. But inside the towship everything stays put..
