So I have dealt with this business 3 times in the past year and half. There is one thing this business is consistent with... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The last experience was being left on hold for literally 15 minutes waiting to get status of a service call I put in 2 days before. They are horrible with follow ups and cannot schedule service calls. They basically told me the tech will get there when he gets there and we will call you just before we go. I had to use them only because we were desperate to get this fixed. I would highly recommend you use another business for fixing your copiers. This one..has always disappointed. I am a business owner myself..and if I treated my customers that way I would be out of business. Horrible customer service.

We have a maintenance contract with this company and we have a issue and they told us parts were not available & we found them online and told them where they could get the parts. Account manager Daniel Perez refuses to honor contract & fix machine. I do not recommend this company at all hope you read this review before you sign up with them!!!!

Do not do business with this company. They are NOT honorable people. They ignore your phone calls, letters, and emails completely. You won't even get an acknowledgement of receipt. They will auto-renew your lease for another 12 months even under conditions where the copier is not being used and you have requested time after time for them to pick it up. IT IS STILL HERE. Their Director of Sales will not call you, will not reply to email or letter. COMPLETE GHOSTING once they have your contract and money. STAY FAR AWAY.

Terrible Company to do business with overall. The Support is a Joke! They would leave copiers down for days...then they show up fix the 1 issue but they would not check for any other related issues. Tech told me we don't do preventive maintenance we just come out and fix the parts as they break....TERRIBLE!
