So I have dealt with this business 3 times in the past year and half. There is one thing this business is consistent with... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The last experience was being left on hold for literally 15 minutes waiting to get status of a service call I put in 2 days before. They are horrible with follow ups and cannot schedule service calls. They basically told me the tech will get there when he gets there and we will call you just before we go. I had to use them only because we were desperate to get this fixed. I would highly recommend you use another business for fixing your copiers. This one..has always disappointed. I am a business owner myself..and if I treated my customers that way I would be out of business. Horrible customer service.
