9 years ago, we had a bathroom radiator from Fa. ZEHNDER installed by our installer in our apartment.
This radiator rusts something so bad that we have to replace it now at our own expense
The company Zehnder relies on the expiration of the 5 year warranty, rejects any goodwill regulation.
So you have to change your ZEHNDER radiator every 8 years? Good business.
Just as a note, our bathroom has 2 windows for proper ventilation of the room.
So, eyes on the radiator purchase, in the future I can buy the same in the hardware store for 1/3 of the price of my radiator ..

At Zehnder, the customer is no longer king. Zehnder did not respond to me. Didn't want to understand me as an end customer. Bought a bathroom radiator through an internet shop. Unfortunately, no solution could be found either with the internet shop or with direct contact with Zehnder. Caution, the ShowRoom for the selection of the radiator colors does not correspond to the real colors. So you inevitably do not order the right color of the radiator. Zehnder was informed of this. But the ShowRoom has not been corrected so far. The possibility of receiving a color card is also not noted on the homepage. I was only informed of this by telephone. The Zehnder company and the internet shop blamed me, as the end customer, for choosing the wrong color and the decision was made not to supply me with a radiator. So I bought a wall-mounted radiator from Kermi. I will post the photo later. It is currently not installed. Attention!!!

Motor of supply air defective after less than 2 years of operation. A message from Zehnder has not been published for a week - an appointment can not be arranged. Allegedly the problem was passed on to a local service partner, who may not be named by name, but should report directly. So far, unfortunately, nothing happened - even multiple demand does not lead to success.

Speak from my own experience. I was plant operator DEGREASING, PRIMER, PH VALUE, AMIN VALUES, BACTERIA VALUES ALL I have worked well. But in the end I was unfortunately unsubscribed again.
What I do not understand jan. I served this system well, and unfortunately was again deported. I found that very sad.
I made this JOB VERY WELL for 1 year why did I have to leave? This is not logic for me !! The next PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY had in mind !!! I was great from this facility

So far we have had only bad experiences with the Zehnder company. In February 2018 we moved into our house. A Zehnder ComfortAir Q450 was installed. The ventilation system never had full power until March 2020 and was getting weaker and weaker. At the end we still had max. 170 m3 of air exchange when the system was running at the highest level. We always had the feeling that the house was stuffy. After several conversations with our installer, a Zehnder technician finally came and found a defective sensor. Many thanks at this point to the technician Mr. Fessel, thanks to him our ventilation system worked properly for the first time within an hour after more than 2 years. You immediately noticed that the house was no longer stuffy, the system now had 340m3 of power at the highest level, twice as much as before the technician's visit. On his advice, I created an automatic program with the Zehnder app, after which the system ran from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on level 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on level three and between these two times on level 2.

Unfortunately, the system then only worked properly for two months. The system has been doing what it wants since mid-May. Regardless of whether automatic or manual operation is set, it goes to the highest level 3 after a day at the latest and runs at full throttle and no longer regulates down. So pretty much the opposite problem we had in the first two years. As a result, the system is firstly very noisy, which is an issue at night and secondly, Mr. Fessel recommended to us in March not to let the system run at full steam for a long time because of longevity and wear. Which sounds logical.

On May 20th, 2020, my installer informed the service technician Mr. Fessel by email about the new problem. On 02.06.20 came the information that Zehnder has opened a ticket (# 47044). On June 24th, 20, my installer again asked Zehnder by email and pointed out that no one has yet contacted the customer.

Today is August 2nd, 2020, there is still no reaction from Zehnder, that's two and a half months now! I generally understand that in times of Corona, more patience from the customer is required to process complaints, but after two and a half months without any reaction, my patience is at an end.

You can always tell how good a company is by how it behaves when something isn't going so well and how the company then deals with this situation.

I personally regret the decision for a ventilation system, both financially and annoyingly. Maybe it would have worked better with another manufacturer, unfortunately I cannot judge that.

In conclusion, I can only advise Zehnder from my personal experience.

Unfortunately, this business has very unfavorable business hours for working clients. These do not agree with the Internet information. We have inquired on the website / google, have come to the opening hours given there and have been sent back twice already, because of emergency occupation, Fri afternoon or because you simply did not want to make any effort. ATTENTION: The opening times are not binding and apply ONLY for the Tel-Service. Unfortunately, you only know that as a customer when you are standing in front of a closed door or when the lovable and uninterested ladies send you home. This circumstance has unfortunately annoyed us very much, we have decided anyway here to buy anything.

A Yucca bathroom radiator that works reliably and inconspicuously in our bathroom. Still looks like new after 8 years. No rust, no quirks even in this rather demanding location above the bathtub. Very happy with the product.

Zehnder Q350 ventilation system.

The ventilation system works properly. Unfortunately, all rooms can only be controlled together. Dry air in winter without enthalpy filter. It is better with an enthalpy filter, but then not a 100% separation of supply and exhaust air.
Why only two stars? The operating instructions are incorrect, diagrams are insufficiently labeled. The menu navigation is incorrectly translated. The promised remedy is a long time coming. It is a shame that one does not see in the management that an instruction manual belongs to the product. If you are misled by errors there, it is difficult to control the system with such a complex product.

With reasonable instructions 4 stars.

Rating regarding service and quality of the filter shop online, as well as the ventilation system. The service - telephone advice - was very good and accommodating. Many thanks. If the images of the filters in the shop were even better (zoom function) one could also identify filters 1: 1. everything else top and the facility runs perfectly.
