At Zehnder, the customer is no longer king. Zehnder did not respond to me. Didn't want to understand me as an end customer. Bought a bathroom radiator through an internet shop. Unfortunately, no solution could be found either with the internet shop or with direct contact with Zehnder. Caution, the ShowRoom for the selection of the radiator colors does not correspond to the real colors. So you inevitably do not order the right color of the radiator. Zehnder was informed of this. But the ShowRoom has not been corrected so far. The possibility of receiving a color card is also not noted on the homepage. I was only informed of this by telephone. The Zehnder company and the internet shop blamed me, as the end customer, for choosing the wrong color and the decision was made not to supply me with a radiator. So I bought a wall-mounted radiator from Kermi. I will post the photo later. It is currently not installed. Attention!!!
