Wasn't clean on the inside floor mats were still dirty, windows had streaks, it was a very poor job for the 28.00 paid. I doubt I'll go back.

Do yourself a favor and go to Autobell if you want a cheaper and much better exterior wash. Autobell exterior wash is only $7 and includes your wheels getting sprayed. (At Streetcars this same service cost $12.50.)

I got an exterior wash at Streetcars, which cost $8, and my wheels and wheel wells didn't get any treatment at all. Immediately I noticed the wheels didn't look that great but I understood they weren't going to give them extra attention because I didn't add on the wheel package. A few days later I noticed they left mud on the paint in the wheel well. When I called they said that's how it goes, it would have been cleaned if I bought the wheel package for $4.50 more - so a basic exterior wash cost $12.50??? That's way too much money!! That means an $8 exterior wash is really just the top of your car - what a rip off.

If there was a way to give this place 1/4 star I'd do it. $30 for cursory wiping down of dash/windows and interior is ridiculous. They missed all of the debris along the inside of the doors and barely vacuumed under the seats. I would MAYBE be able to excuse this if they were busy, but I was the first customer of the morning and there was no one else there. They left streak marks along the back windshield, debris still inside cup holders; and the dead bugs which made me go in the first place are still happily resting in peace along rear window.

DO NOT USE THEM! I bought the works. $38. I asked for light Armor All. It was slathered; not even wiped. I did not ask for a scent, nor was I asked. The smell is heavy. Not pleasant. I have left the windows down. I had to go behind them to wipe off the dash. The tires were left wet. They left me before I saw them to leave. Silly me, both the woman and the man were gone the second I gave a tip for them to split. To top it off, they left a bottle of some cleaner in my back seat. I may return it as I pass by, but I will never use Streetcars again. What an attitude.

Some equipment not working. Attendants had to hand wash parts of vehicle which they didn't do well. I had to borrow a rag from attendant to wipe dirt from flanks. Noticed after I got home wheels weren't washed.

Use to be a good car wash and this visit was first in a yr or so. Wasn't too impressed then and now I won't come back unless they make some major improvements.

I could not see it when I left but when the sun hit my windshield it was so streaked I could barely see. Bug splatter still on the outside. The seats which are leather were not wiped down very well. I will not go back.

Classy business cards. All I wanted was to run the car through car wash with no human intervention.

Will wash your car, vacuum the interior, remove all trash, and hand try. Nice looking place to keep your car looking spiffy and clean

Horrible. We were here a grand total of 10 minutes from start to finish. Before leaving we checked the outside and had them clean the front bumper again. I did a quick peek inside, but as we drove down the road and the sun was hitting the interior differently I saw what a horrible job they did. Dust was still visible all over the dash and interior, the rubber floor mats were put back in wet and the ones in the back weren't even put in correctly. The employee who helped us at the beginning yawned 3 times in less than a minute while he talked to us. I really don't understand why anyone would go back here. $25 for something that doesn't look any better than when I pulled in.
*If you want an incredible wash go to Wheels and Bumpers in Burlington, NC. That is where I normally go and now I know why. They take pride in their work and every inch of your vehicle will be spotless (and it's still under $20).

Poor service. Horrible management. Belittling customers! I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service or service. Didn t even get the car clean! If I could rate zero I would! I don t recommend ever taking your car there! Save yourself the trouble!!

Fantastic wash, the prepaid monthly plans are an amazing value and the detailer do a great job as well! I don't usually trust other people with my car but these guys knock it out of the park every time I don't have the time to do it myself!

They are terrible. I paid for the full wash and clean interior and exterior and they didnt even clean or at minimum wipe down ny leather seats. When i walked up to get my vehicle i had to point out wet leaves stuck to my door. It was ridiculous.

Terrible car wash!! Don't go there unless you want to get ripped off! I paid $22 for a normal car was. Underbody was not done! They didn't vacuum whatsoever and told me it would be am additional $8 for a vacuum. Guess I get what I paid for when run by African-Americans.

I got "the works," we should've included cleaning all the windows and mirrors and all of the leather and plastic inside the vehicle. They did a good job smearing the dirt around on the outside mirrors but didn't actually clean them. The windows were pretty clean in the middle areas but it was clear that they didn't bother to get the corners or edges. Didn't like anything about this car wash. We paid $51.00 for full service and had to get them tore wash windows ,vacuum again bad job even after the re vacuum. Had to get them to wash to the step ins. They didn't clean dashboard had to get that rewashed. A dead bee in corner side window guess what still there. They didnt armor all the dash or anything else. Got so agrivated we left. Worse service ever had will never go back . When you have to get someone to redo what should have been done then not worth it. Also went to use women's restroom had to wait when door opened one of the men workers came out . Ugh . Terrible terrible service

I Have been doing business with street cars on Battleground Ave. for over 25 years. I Have known Mac just as long however on December 6th 2015 after church I decided to go by and have my 2013 F 150 washed as I pulled up to the New entrance and payed for a outside wash and tire shine . When I was entering a employee said to make sure that my truck would pass under the 7ft 4in sign and cleared by 5 inches and was directed to pull up to go thur as I have done over a dozen time I started going into the wash pit I heard the worst sound of my over head light and tool box was ripped completely off my truck and as I got out the young man told me he had forgot to raise the overhead brush was the reason it happened! After leaving the owner a text and pictures he finally called back after I had called several time and told me I was a lie and his crew would not lie about anything which was a lie after lie and refused to repair the damage. Also was the worst wash period! My advice is stay away because the customers are always wrong not professional at all.

Some of the workers act like they don't care, the older man has a terrible mouth.

$25 for a tire shine mess. First and last time there. My wife flipped her car looked terrible. Smears all over the car. Won't be back.

For $30 you can have the laziest car wash you ve ever received. How difficult is it to find a car wash in this city that actually cares about doing a good job?

If your car is decently clean to begin with then it is well worth the cleaning. Very satisfied customer. Good staff.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle of this place. Take your car to Autobell. I ve given this place multiple tries and unhappy with the full service wash nearly every time. Most recently their machine was leaking oil which left my car in a coat of film. They attempted to remove it by spraying my entire car with Windex. Talked to the manager and he said he didn t see a problem and it was clean. Their standards of cleanliness are a joke.

The guys wiped my car down were very attentive . Had to get them to vacuum the car again because the guys vacuuming didn t do their job.

Have tried this place a few times and it's always been a mixed bag. Took it in one more time after my car was egged. They motioned for me that the car was done but as I walked up, I could still see bits of egg shell and yolk on the window. I pointed it out and the employee just swatted at it a few times knocking some of the eggshells off before giving up. I asked for a rag to get some of the egg yolk off myself and he came back over and started scrubbing at it just smearing it instead of getting any cleaner to remove it.

They always do a pretty good job. Fast, friendly, thorough service.
